-Nine months later-
Hermione woke up as stiff as ever with her back to Draco.
"Good morning," She said.
He mumbled "morning" in response.
"You doing good? They should be out any day now." He reached his hand over her body to feel her very large stomach.
"They should be, I have to pee." Hermione got up and walked over to Dracos bathroom when she felt a warm liquid around her legs. Her water had broken.
"Draco, my water broke." She exclaimed.
"Are you sure you just didn't pee?" He rolled back over onto his stomach.
"Yes I'm sure because-OW!" A sharp pain hit her and was gone as quick as it came. "I didn't know contractions start so early!"
Draco jumped out of bed. "Oh my gosh! Hermione take a seat, I'll get dressed then we can go." Draco raced to his closet and threw on a tee shirt and jeans.
"Can we apparate?" Hermione asked.
"Yes, I think we can. My mum said that she apparated to the hospital with me."
Hermione nodded and took Dracos hand. "We're about to have a baby."
"We're about to have a baby."
---
-A few hours later-
Hermione gripped Dracos hand so hard Draco thought he was going to pass out, but he didn't tell Hermione.
His fiancée, look awful. Her hair was in a frizz and she looked so tired and done that he knew all she wanted was to have those babies out of her.
"C'mon Hermione, you can do this!" Draco soothed.
"SHUT UP!" She yelled.
After about an hour more of pushing, screaming, yelling, and Dracos hand hurting, their baby finally emerged.
"It's a boy!" The healer said.
Draco, ecstatic, pulled Hermione close to him. "I love you so much!" He buried his face in her hair and made sure to hold her.
"Can I see him?" Hermione asked.
The healer handed her the small baby. It was definitely a Malfoy, it had blonde hair as bright as a lightbulb and the silver eyes everyone always talked about.
"He looks like you," Hermione said, cradling the boy back and fourth.
"He does, doesn't he."
"Want to hold him?" She asked.
Draco slowly took the small child from his fiancées arms and held him in his. His son, the one he'd teach right and wrong, and how to throw a football, although Dracos father never taught him that.
Suddenly Dracos attention was drawn away from his son to Hermione once more. She was doubled over in pain once more.
"Why is this happening again?!" She screamed.
The nurse ran out of the room to get the healer, who had left to get some water.
"Sir she's having contractions!" The nurse said as the healer walked back in.
"It must be two!"
"TWO?!" Hermione and Draco said in shock.
"Yes, twins. It happens when two eggs are-"
"I know how twins work so could you just get the last one out of ME!" Hermione yelled.
The healer immediately began work and a few minutes later, a baby girl was born. She had brown eyes and hair similar to Hermiones, but she had a very obvious blonde streak in her hair. Draco knew this would happen, the Malfoy gene was a strong one, any child birthed of a Malfoy would have some platinum hair, there was no scientific explanation, but Draco knew that it wouldn't make him love his daughter any less.
"It's a girl!" The healer said.
"And that's all, right?" Hermione said.
"I believe so." The healer replied.
"Dr. Malfoy, Ms. Granger, what are the children names? We need them for the birth certificate."
Hermione and Draco had thought about this. They had decided to name the girl Caroline, after Carrie, and the boy was Charles, after one of Dracos uncles who was banished from the family for not believing in blood purity.
---
-A few days later-
Draco heard a knock at the front door as he was passing by to get more nappies for Charles, and he opened the door to answer it.
There he stood.
"Father?"
