That Friday Hazel went to the library because she heard a few nerds from Ravenclaw say the library had new books, and as the nerd she was too, Hazel headed as soon as she could.

There was barely anybody in there, most of the kids preferring to spend the last warm days of the year outside. Hazel left her things on a table, along with the school cloak since the library is very warm.

She started by the shelf's closest to the Restricted Section since they were the most interesting books ever and nobody ever went there of fear of what Madam Pince might do to them.

She was just about to open the first book she found when Harry Potter's melodious voice came to her ears.

"I need to hear some advice"

Hazel chuckled looking up from the book to Harry -who by the way finally cut off his long hair, Hazel likes to believe it was because she once told him he was starting to look like Snape. "You're asking me for advice?"

"It's not like I'm going to take it, I just want to hear it"

"Fair enough" She answered.

Hazel just walked past him as she went into another aisle, she saw how a seven year Ravenclaw eyed her not trying at all to be secretive. Her grey eyes rolled as she took in a deep breath wanting to get his glare out of her mind. You see, Hazel is the most desired girl at Hogwarts and it's not like she doesn't know this, she just doesn't like the idea of people thinking about her in that way. She hates when boys check her out right in front of her, but she indeed used her looks as an advantage when she wanted favors.

As she took another book out of the shelf Potter's head appeared on top of it so she couldn't open it."You know it's really inconvenient to see your face every damn time I turn a corner. . . " Hazel sighed moving his head out of the way. "Are you clinically insane or just really annoying?"

"Don't know? Probably both" Harry answers cracking a smile.

"Why are you glaring at me?" Harry asked when he saw how Hazel was looking at him. Her grey eyes looked as if they wanted to put him on fire as she gripped her wand.

"I'm hoping you'll spontaneously combust"

When Harry didn't move out of her way or said anything that's when she snapped. "Uhg, what?"

"Do you think-"

"All the time. I'm actually a good thinker, you know" Hazel interrupted as she looked at another book.

"That's not what I meant. Do you think-"

"Yep"

"Will you quit that, I'm trying to ask you something"

"Ask away"

"Thanks"

"You're welcome"

"Now I forgot what I was going to say!"

"Probably if you leave the way you came your memory might return" She explains as she pointed to the way he came.

"I'm trying to have a serious conversation with you!"

"And I'm trying to subtly avoid it"

"You are the meanest/nice person to ever exist"

"Thanks, it comes from family" Hazel said winking at him.

She walked to the table where her things were and she dropped on the chair watching as Harry did the same from across of her.

She sighted dropping the books down proceeding to instruct Harry with her hands to speak."If somebody told you you have great knowledge and an opportunity to teach others about it came around, what would you do?" Asked Harry insecure while he moved on his chair.

"Why are you asking me for advice?" Frowned Hazel as she tried to loosen the silver and green tie around her neck.

"People say that Slytherin's tell great advice since they are not afraid to tell the truth to people" Harry shrugged.

Hazel has never heard anything more stupid than that in her life. Slytherin's are horrible at giving advice, they are those kind of friends nobody should go to since they give terrible advice. But nevertheless Hazel nodded at him. "Hm. . ."

"I would choose to teach others, if not that would be an incredible selfish thing to do. Keeping knowledge to oneself it's worse than doing no good with it" Truthfully answered Hazel.

Harry offered her a heartwarming smile as he murmured a small thanks to her. Now that she was opening up a little to him, Harry realized how likable Hazel really is making him wonder how come she only spends time with Kialo and Aurelius or sometimes Hagrid.

"Do you like George?"

Hazel instantly closed her book as she turned to look at him with wide eyes. For a reason she was feeling how she blushed and how a smile tried to make itself to her face but she quickly hide it by frowning. "I don't know what makes you believe that. Those are horrible accusations"

Harry lifted his hands in defense, "I was just curious"

"No, I don't like him, I just don't"

"And it's not like I can like him that way anyways" she murmured, sadly Harry did hear that.

"But Voldemort said you can have feelings" Harry spoke, his green eyes literally boring holes in her face.

Hazel chuckled unamused by this, "I can't. Even as hard as I try. I can never have an emotional attachment to anybody" her mind ran to different situations in her life, now knowing she was a product of a love potion explains so much. "Has my father—I mean—Sirius, mentioned something about it?"

Harry shock his head, "if they were ever to speak about you I'll be forced to leave"

The girl nodded understanding. Though she knew it was a big fat lie what he just said.

"Why ask advice in knowledge, Potter?" She asked back to the conversation they previously were having.

"You'll soon know"

"So I'm part of it?" He nodded, "no thank you"

"Why?"

"Depends on what it will be about" she stood up from the chair with her things and left the library, overwhelmed with the new found friendship with Harry Potter.
