Christmas was always a very magical time for Y/N. Christmas lights, trees, wreaths, music, and overall cheer just made this holiday so special. And, there were lots of events they looked forward to every year that boosted that magic. One of these events was viewing the giant Christmas tree downtown.

Y/N went every single year since they moved to this town on a random day in December. Sometimes it was earlier, and sometimes it was later. Sometimes, it even snowed on the day that they went to see it.

This year was one of them, although the snow was very light. It wasn't enough for children to play in, but it was enough to brighten someone's mood. Who doesn't love snow? Nobody. Nobody doesn't like snow.

Because of the snow, Y/N had to wear some thicker clothes than usual, making them uncomfortable. The clothes were so, so warm - but so, so annoying. When they park their car downtown, Y/N ended up abandoning their coat in their car. It couldn't be too cold, right?

Wrong.

Y/N strolled around the little shops for about an hour and a half before going to where the tree was, and while it wasn't too bad without a coat at first, it got colder and colder. Y/N wanted to go get their coat, put it on, be warm and just deal with the thickness. However, they were really lazy and their car was two blocks down. They ended up just going to the tree without a coat.

Hugging their sweater tightly, Y/N went up to the massive tree. Its lights sparkled and shone in the dark, making Y/N's eyes glimmer. Soft white snow dusted the branches and make it even more beautiful. Other people around them got lost in it, too.

Then, a gust of cold wind blew over the area. The other people were wearing jackets and were being warmed by family and friends surrounding them - but Y/N was alone, already freezing, and had no coat. They nearly cried from the cold.

"Are you okay, encantador(a)?" a Spanish-accented, friendly voice said from behind them. Y/N looked over.

He was very handsome, with bright green eyes, smooth olive skin, and soft brown hair. His worried expression made him look cute, and he also seemed to be... glowing?

"Hola?" he spoke, "You there?"

"O-oh, um," Y/N blushed, "Yeah."

They shivered as another gust of wind flew by.

"Are you sure? It's so cold out here, and you don't have a jacket!"

"No, it's fine, really."

The Spanish man then placed a hand on their shoulder.

"You are not fine! You're freezing!" he said.

Shrugging his jacket off, the man gently placed it over their shoulders. Y/N blushed again.

"There. You better?" he asked.

"Yeah," Y/N breathed, smiling.

It was true. The jacket was providing some warmth - but more warmth came from the body heat on his jacket and Y/N's flustered feeling. He was just so, so... so...

"You should go home," he said, interrupting their thoughts, "You're freezing and keep zoning out. Do you need any help."

Y/N smiled again at his charm and kindness, "No thank you, but yes, I think you're right. I should go home."?

Y/N pulled off the man's jacket and handed it to him, "See you around?"

The man grabbed the jacket and a marker, witing on the white sleeve inside. He handed it back when he was done. Y/N opened their mouth to say something, but he stopped them.

"Keep it, please."

"Really?" Y/N said, "Thank you!

Y/N smiled at the thought of the man later that night leaning against the wall and holding his jacket. Curious to know why he wrote something on it, they looked inside the sleeve.

What was presumably his phone number was on the wrist, and right below it said,

Antonio.
