"The good part about jealousy is that it comes from passion. It's also the dangerous part and it's an ugly emotion that hurts."

-Matthew McConaughey

Refael's POV

I pulled away and looked at her. She looked so flustered, I had to contain myself.

We're in a public place Refael.

She is so beautiful.

Her hair was in a fro that made me think about trees.

Her skin was dark, yet it was radiant.

And her eyes, her beautiful brown eyes.

I could get lost in them without complaining.

This is my baby.

I could only hope she never leaves me.

"What?" she asked, a giggle leaving her lips.

Oh my.

I simply smiled.

"You're so beautiful," I said.

The smile that she gave me was one I'd save in my memories as long as I live.

******************************************

It was now Monday.

My weekend was well spent. After going to the park on Saturday, we headed to the mall and bought matching glasses. Sunday we went to church and then to a restaurant for lunch.

Because I was used to waking up early, I got ready for school, wearing my glasses. I brushed my hair back and took a look in the mirror.

I looked neat for once.

I glanced at my watch. It was 6:00.

Time to wake Octavia.
*****************************

"Good morning everyone," I said before sitting.

"Good morning Refael, I do hope your stay with us was great."

I thought back to my moments with Octavia and smiled.

"Yes sir, it was," I said, reaching for the toast

Octavia came downstairs, her hair in cute twist outs. Her uniform was surprisingly modest today and she wore sneakers, along with her glasses.

I will never cease to be amazed at how well she managed her hair. It was so beautiful. The glasses gave her this cute image that made me want to protect her.

I got up and drew a chair for her. She smiled and thanked me.

"Good morning everyone," she said.

They muttered it, each of them eyeing us.

"Are you two dating or what?" asked James.

"Yes," I said, not missing a beat.

There was a loud gasp. Mr Hale simply smiled, as though he picked up on it long before.

"Are you okay in the head?" asked the doctor.

She's just saying that to get a reaction out of Octy.

Octavia glared and was about to answer her when I leaned close to her. She froze when my lips touched her ear.

"Don't answer her, that's just what she wants," I whispered.
