"Was the D good sis. Cause you have hickeys all on your neck" Meka said
I didn't think she will notice I thought to myself but right now Meka and I are at the nail salon. Getting cute or whatever.
"Yes it was girl. This nigga had me shaking and all Meka" I said showing all my pearly white teeth
"So y'all officially together now and not playing around like Tom and Jerry" Meka said
"Yes sis we are" I said
"FINALLY DAMN" Meka said
"Y'all be taking years to do this but I'm happy for both of y'all though" Meka said
I got long coffin nude color nails and Meka got coffin white powder nails with diamonds. We went to Chipotle and chat some more before we parted ways.
I stop by the near by gas station to get gas because I was about to go on E. When I got to the pump and got out my car to go in the store. I heard a lot of niggas talking to me but I block it out because I have a boyfriend now.
"Ahh yo shorty what's your name is" One guy said that was driving a Audi
"Damn Ma you fine as hell" Another guy said while walking back to his car
I block them out and did everything I needed to do. I decided to stop by my dad shop to see what he was doing. When I pull up to "Fresh Cuts" my dad barber shop it was pack like everybody and their momma was there but that how it looks everyday.
"Wassup Babygirl" Tay said embracing me for a hug.
"Hey Tay y'all been bussing today" I said
"Yeah we been bussing all day baby girl" Tay said while finishing up a client
Tay is my daddy right hand man. He the co-manager of Fresh Cuts. I knew him since I was a young girl. So practically he family to us. He also was in the Air Force with my dad also. Tay is tall, dark skin, Hazel eyes, have pearly white straight teeth, have a little bit of tattoos, low cut fade and very buff like my daddy. He was married but he wife passed away in a trouble car accident a decade ago. She was like another Aunt to me but Tay moved on and living his best life. He try to hook up with my Aunt Trina (Tammy Sister). Here and there but my aunt be playing hard to get sometimes.
"Who you talking Tay" My dad shouted
"I'm talking to Babygirl" Tay said
"Hey Daddy I'm here" I said while walking towards him
"Hey Daddy princess, what you doing here" My dad said while cleaning up his area for his next client
"Nothing just swing by. I just finished got my nails done with Meka." I said while sitting in the Barber chair
"Okay I just got off the phone with your momma she fixing your favorite tonight for dinner" My dad said
"Yess and Daddy you look like you need a line up. Can I do it for you" I said with excitement
"Sure Babygirl you can" My dad said
So I got up from the chair and then he seat down so I can line him up. I now y'all wondering if I know what I was doing my daddy been teaching me how to cut hair since I was 5 years old. So I was basically a pro at it. I put the cape around him and button it up. I put the white paper tape around his neck and made sure it was secured. Then I started to do my magic.
"Ahh Rod you sure babygirl know what she doing" Mr. Charles said while playing chess with the other old guys
"Yeah she knows what she doing. I been teaching her since she was 5 years old Mr.Charles" My dad said
