When Logan heard the door to his room being opened he knew he wouldn't know peace for a good while since the person who was now in his room was his overly dramatic and needy boyfriend.

"Logan," Roman whined loudly, "darling, cutie, love of my life, entertain me before I die of boredom!"

Logan turned around, ready to give his boyfriend an annoyed look but he forgot about it the moment he saw Roman standing in the doorway, pouting and hair a mess, dressed in a pair of red sweatpants and one of Logan's t-shirts which he shouldn't be wearing since it was a bit too small. Not that Roman didn't look good in a too tight shirt, Logan just didn't want his clothes ruined.

Logan glanced back at the pile of tests on his desk, then at the time that his laptop displayed. Roman could likely tell he had won over the chore of grading tests because he smiled and reached a hand out towards Logan as if to urge him up from his chair.

It was time to take a break anyway Logan told himself as he shut his laptop. Logan put his pen down and stood up, stretching his body and feeling how stiff he was after having sat hunched over his desk for several hours. A break wasn't a bad idea at all.

"I have been saved! And my saviour is the most handsome man I've ever laid eyes on." Roman said, fanning himself with his hand as if he was going to pass out. Logan rolled his eyes and walked past him through the door, smiling to himself when sure Roman couldn't see it.

"What do you propose we do to pass the time then?" He asked, turning to face Roman when in the kitchen, not being able to stop another smile at the sight of him. He turned away and opened the fridge just to have something to do.

"I'm delighted that you'd ask." Roman said, arms circling around Logan's waist and a quick kiss was pressed to his neck. Logan closed the fridge when noting that there wasn't anything interesting to eat in it.

"Sadly I'm unsure of the answer, because everything seems boring and I'm really restless." Roman sighed deeply, burying his face into Logan's shoulder.

"What makes you think I have any more ideas than you have? I had hoped you'd be creative enough to come up with something."

"We could just... cuddle on the couch? It's an acceptable way to pass time." Roman said, and while Logan probably should suggest they went outside and felt a bit of sun on their skin and breathed fresh air, well, Roman's offer was simply more tempting.

"Yes, I accept," Logan said and felt Roman kiss his shoulder, "should we watch something too?"

"Isn't that a waste on you? Don't pretend you won't fall asleep on top of me within, like, ten minutes." Roman said and Logan scoffed in offence.

"I won't fall asleep this time." He tried, not believing it himself, but he didn't want to admit to Roman that he was right when he was teasing him about it.

"Prove it, dearest, and I will believe you." Roman said and removed his arms from around him, instead taking his hand and leading him to their living room. Roman collapsed down onto the couch, spending a long time making himself comfortable, then looking up at Logan.

"Choose any movie." He said, and Logan walked over to where they had a pile of movies, not feeling up to walking all the way to the other room where they were for now storing most of their other movies. Having a faint suspicion that they would be lying there on the couch for quite a long time Logan put on Lord Of The Rings, then he went back to Roman and tried to lie down with him without elbowing him anywhere, which proved more difficult than it should be.

With his head resting on Roman's chest and one of his boyfriend's arms placed securely around his waist he was a lot more comfortable than one should be when lying on top of someone else. He felt one of Roman's hands slowly run through his hair, and he watched the screen through half lidded eyes.

"Love you, Roman." He said quietly, practically sensing Roman's smile at his words.

"I love you too, starshine." Roman held him tighter for a moment as if to empathise his words. Logan had to admit that this was much nicer than it would have been to grade tests all day. As the movie played, feeling Roman's chest rise and fall with calm breaths and his fingers gently running though his hair, he fell asleep within moments.
