Virgil lay sprawled out on his bed, letting his eyes slip close for a few moments as it hit him how tired he really was.

It had been a fairly calm day, no filming or planning or much work being done at all, but that hadn't stopped Virgil from tiring himself out with worrying over small things Thomas' or the other sides did. It was not something Virgil, as the embodiment of anxiety, could ever really escape.

He rolled over onto his side, hand automatically reaching out to grasp at nothing. He opened his eyes again, confused for just a second before realizing that it was Logan that he had been reaching for.

Right, he was in his own room. His face heated slightly at the realization that he hadn't spent a night alone for at least the past two weeks, not since the two of them had become comfortable enough in their relationship to share a bed, and that in that time it had become just a reflex to reach for his boyfriend to hold him closer.

It did make a soft kind of feeling settle in his chest. It was so easy to trust Logan, to feel safe in his company, which was of course one of the major reasons a relationship between them had the chance to work out. (He wasn't going to jinx it, no way.)

He stared at the empty space next to him. The two of them always stayed in Logan's room, because of Virgil's room's general effect on everyone else, which made him feel a bit stupid for feeling that there was something missing, since it had never been there in the first place.

He ignored that thought and wrapped himself up in his covers. If he was tired then there was not really a point in getting up and finding Logan before going to sleep. Not when they had already shared a bed for the past two weeks, they still had their own rooms, maybe it was a bit excessive to spend every day and night together?

That thought seemed correct for about fifteen minutes, which was how long it took him to realize that he was already really missing his boyfriend's company. It felt slightly stupid, seeing as they had literally had dinner together and had been sitting together during the movie they all watched after dinner, which was only a few hours ago.

But he always wanted to be with Logan. Long before his feelings for Logan had become romantic he had felt that same way, they had always been very comfortable together. Virgil wouldn't mind spending even more time with his boyfriend, although it was nice to have their own rooms when either of them needed some alone time.

He kind of wished they had their own space that had no bad or strange effects for either of them, such as Virgil's room making the others acutely aware of their anxieties, and Logan's room making it difficult for everyone else to think about anything from a more emotional point of view than logical.

Logan's room was the best choice out of the two, but it made things a bit difficult sometimes as their relationship had to do with a whole lot of emotion.

Virgil kicked his covers off and sat up, because maybe getting up and leaving his room to knock on Logan's door and ask if he could stay there tonight too was just a better way to go than to stay in his own bed thinking about how nice it would be to cuddle up to Logan.

He got out of bed and opened the door between his bedroom and his main room, assuring himself that if Logan hadn't gotten tired of him for two weeks then he wouldn't be now, and that if Logan did want some space then he at least knew that and could just go back to his own room.

He shut his bedroom door behind him, as he always did on the off chance that anyone would enter his room for long enough to notice how much messier he kept his bedroom than his main room. But then he paused only two steps through the room, staring at what was definitely a new doorway.
