Mikoto and his friends were camped outside of Kamino Ward Shopping Mall.
You see, today was Black Friday.

But since most of the prices had dropped at least 50% off. Mikoto and his friends had to risk coming to the Kamino Ward to get their favorite games in the gaming section.
