Nico smiled. 'Steven's calling me' he thought. he waited for his mom to stop the conversation, but it seemingly dragged out for what felt like hours. it was already dark outside and his mom got preoccupied with someone else. Nico looked at his phone. 'you missed a call from sunflxrs 30 minutes ago'. he read it and clicked on it as he walked to his room. He sat on his bed and let it ring. no one answered. days went by without word from steven, which was unsual for them. Nico grew anxious about whether or not steven had lost his phone. a few days later and a message popped up on his phone from sunflxrs. "Hi, it's steven's mom. I just wanted to say that he unfortunately passed on friday. He was stabbed and killed by an intruder. The police found him on the floor of the kitchen with his phone in his hand and the screen "knuavex didn't answer." he stopped. after, he typed. "i'm very sorry for your loss." unsure of what to do, he sat still, looking at his wall. just then, an incoming call from sunflxrs. he hesitantly answered. "hello?" he said, voice trembling. "hey!" the voice on the other side grinned.
