Ever since that night, I'd never seen another full moon before.
I've never seen a sight of the moon as beautiful as it was that night, but even as beautiful as the moon is, I have my share of hate for it.
Because of that night, everything changed. I was given powers, but it had taken away abilities as well.

It gave me powers. Wings I can fly with, and powers I can use to heal and grant luck, and gold that follows my footsteps. But as lucky as I sound, the moon took my ability to be seen and be heard.

The moon made me invisible.

"Bye Dad!" A young boy said to his father, then walking to school.
His name was Jason. He believed in me, I loved watching his imagination grow.

"Hi, guys!" He said to his friends. "Look what Avery gave me!" He said, holding a stuffed hedgehog. I giggled, I never gave that to him, but I always found him adorable. His friends gave him a strange look.
"Who's Avery?" One of the boys asked. "She's the guardian angel! She grants people luck, it's in my book!" Jason said, pulling a book from his backpack.
"Guardian Angels don't exist!" One of the boys said. "Of course they do! If they didn't, I wouldn't have this stuffy..." Jason said while he looked at his stuffed animal.

I watched carefully as one of the boys took the stuffed animal from Jason's hands. "Hey! Give it back!" Jason yelled. "Guardian angels don't..exist!" He yelled, throwing Jason's toy.
"STOP IT!" Jason yelled.

I looked at the boy who bullied Jason, I felt upset for him, he did nothing wrong.
"Jason, what's going on?" Jason's teacher, Ms. Ellington asked.
Jason grew furious, grabbing his toy and running to the classroom.
I watched as the only boy who believed in me, running away from the boys who had no imagination at all.

That night, I went to every child's room, granting them luck, healing who had been hurt.
I was almost done clearing the last neighborhood, I went into the last child's room and realized it was the child who bullied Jason.
I furrowed my eyebrows, clenching my fist.
But...I had to give him luck.

I closed my eyes, and stirring my hands together, forming a ball of gold in my hand, little did I know...that's not what I would be getting.
I scene of Jason being bullied replayed in my mind, every time it replayed, I got more upset.

When I let the luck flow onto him, it wasn't gold, nor was it bright.
It was black, black dust looking magic.
"W-What..." I whispered as I looked at my hands.
The boy started tossing and turning, I looked and saw a small black horse riding around his head.

I didn't know what to do, except leave.
I opened the window wide and I flew out, not knowing what happened, and not knowing what to do.

I sat on a power line as I started testing out my powers when I shot good luck from my hands, it was gold, then how come when I tried giving good luck to that boy...it was different? And left different side effects?!

I took a deep breath to calm my beating heart down, I was scared...I hope my magic malfunction doesn't affect the boy when he wakes up.
