Truth? Or Dare?

Suzi Q and Joseph were the ones who mainly did karaoke, while you and Caesar sat back and talked, laughing at the two. Not after many drinks, Joseph.. Was drunk again.

Joseph turned and looked at you woozily. He looks at you up and down, turning more red than he already was.
"Daaaaamn Y/N... You look fiiiiiiiiiiiiiine..."
You sigh.
"Maybe that's enough drinks for you."
"Noooooooooooooooooooo....!"

You sigh again, taking the last sip out of the golden liquid.
You felt a pair of arms wrap around your torso, the grip tightening.

"Jojo. What the hell are you doing."
He doesn't say anything, only burying his face in the crook of your shoulder.

Caesar gives Joseph an unamused look.

"Goodness, Joseph. This is why we can't let you near alcohol!"

Suzi Q only giggles, before letting music play quietly in the back. She walks over to the couch where you and Caesar sat.
"How about a game of Truth or Dare?"

You smile and agreed, before looking at Caesar.
"How about it?"
"Sure."

Caesar manages to get Joseph settled on the couch, finally being able to sit down himself.
"Who's going first?"
Everybody looks at each other, before Joseph finally speaks up.
"I will!"
His voice was groggy, but not as groggy as before.

"Oh boy."
You mutter.

"Suzi Q!"
"Yes!"
"Truth or dare?"
"Dare!"

She smiles confidently, making a little grunt noise.
Joseph smiles as well.
"I dare you to.."

There's a pause.

"Take off your underwear and leave it on the floor until your next turn!" The brunette says, followed with a hiccup.
Suzi Q immediately reddens.
"Are you nuts?!"
"Heeyy.. It's a dare!"

Caesar chuckles.
"A dare's a dare, Suzi."
"Fine! But the guys have to turn around!"

They both shook their head, refusing to look away.
"Please!"
"Nope!"

You smile, shaking your head.
"Tough luck, Suzi."

She hesitates, before reaching under her skirt, sliding her undergarment off. She threw it on the floor, immediately tugging on her skirt.
"There! Are you happy now?!"

Two of the males smirk, staring at the underwear on the floor then back at Suzi Q.
"Tsk tsk."
"Stop looking!"
"Who knew you wore something like that?"
"Caesar you little shithead!! Goddamnit! Truth or dare?!"
"Dare."

He gives the same seducing smirk from when you first met him. Suzi Q giggles evilly.
"I dare you to kiss Joseph!"

You chimed in, adding,
"For a minute."
"For a minute!"

Caesar makes a face, his eyes wide before glancing back at Joseph who was winking at him.
"Him?! No way!"
"A dares a daaaare, Caesar."
"C'mon Suzi! Something else! Please!"
"No!"

He grunts, making a pouty face. He was obviously still trying to bribe Suzi Q.
"I'm not changing my mind."
"Suzi Q!! I don't want to kiss that maniac!"

You looked over at the drunk male, who was grinning and winking at Caesar, signaling him to sit next to him.
"Just do it!"
"Suzi!!"

You giggle, pulling out your wallet.
"I can pay you. $150!"

Caesar jerks his head up, hesitating.

"...Fine."
