I hate to admit it!

Resting your face on the palm of your hand, you yawned exhaustedly, repeatedly tapping your notebook with your pen. You didn't really pay attention to what your professor was saying.

Just only lazily copying down the notes..

"Ms. L/N."

You jump a bit, looking at him.
"Yes?"
"Please stop tapping your pen. It's disturbing."

Unfazed by his irritated and rude tone, you simply look at your hand, as if it had a mind of it's own, then looked back up.

"Right."

He turns his head back to the board, continuing to jot down examples. Caesar snickers, nudging you with his elbow. Whispering, he says,
"That's new!"
"It really is."

The lesson ended, and you were free to go. Heading to the cafeteria with Caesar, he leans down to your ear, still keeping his eyes straight forward,

"You know that rumor of Joseph liking someone is actually getting more popular?"
"Oh?"
"I know, weird. I don't know if he's flexing about it or what."
"Oh, Caesar, we all know that's your thing."

Sitting down at a table, you pull out your notebook, rereading what you had wrote earlier today. Caesar leans back into his chair, sipping on his carton of milk. The blonde sighs.

"Well. You like Jojo, right?"
"Um."
"Well?"

You already knew some sort of feeling was building up inside of you for Joseph. And you didn't like it.
"You don't have to hide it. I know that our relationship was a bad one but it doesn't mean you can hide forever."

You didn't like how Caesar talked about your past relationship so cooly. As if it happened all the time.
"Tsk."

Placing your note book down, you poked your straw into your carton of milk.

"So. Do you?"

Really, what was the point of hiding it? So that no more rumors spread? Taking a big inhale, you finally stepped up to your fear. You broke your own promise.

"Well. I hate to admit it. But I guess I do."

Caesars eyebrows raised, making him smile as he continued to drink from his carton.

"Lucky Jojo!"
"Wait- What?"
"Haha, not saying the rumor is true."
"W-Well you wouldn't share what I said to anyone, right?"

The blonde's eyes narrow a bit, giving you a slight smug face.
"Of course not, amore."
"Maybe it was a bad idea to tell you."
"I won't! I swear."
"Well. Okay."

He chuckles, before standing up.
"Let's go back to the dorm."

Picking up your notebook, you held it close to your chest, silently slurping on your drink. You clung to Caesar, ignoring all his fangirls.

Great. Two of your dorm mates knew you liked your roommate.

Watching him unlock the door, your mind drifted into thought, thinking about Joseph. You hadn't realized how.. Perfect he seemed to you.

"Y/N? Amore?"
"Huh- Oh. Sorry."

He opens the door, allowing you to walk in first. Joseph sat on the couch, standing up, with a large grin on his face.
"What are you so happy about?"
"Food!"
"Oh!"

Your eyes sparked with excitement. You were definitely starving. You gave the brunette a sly grin and a thumbs up, before walking to your room.

Stretching, you placed your bag down. You noticed random crumpled paper on Joseph's desk. The desire to look pained you so bad. Reluctantly, you slowly opened up the paper. It was scribbled all over, especially on one word. It made it seemed as if he was writing a love letter to someone.
Who in the world would Joseph be writing to?
