"Are you okay? You just flung yourself out of the window" ~ Team Arrow

this is just a blurb.

"Wild Dog get out of there now!" You yell into your come when you have a vision of a bomb in the basement of the building.

"What's the nearest exit, Overwatch? I'm not seeing anyway out," Rene speaks back and you basically hold your breath as you was the scene break down. You would go back into the building to save your friend but there was no way you would even make it to the street he was on in time.

"You can take the stairwell down to the 14th floor and then catch the elevator," she suggests looking at blueprints of the facility. 

"There's no time," you mutter into your earpiece and take off running towards the exit of the arrow cave, you couldn't just sit here and do nothing, "Rene you need to get out of there now!"

You're racing down the street on his motorcycle to make it to the building and just as you turn the corner you hear a loud crack of glass and a loud fiery explosion that almost blows you off of your motorcycle. You skid to a stop your eyes scanning the desecrated building for any sign of Rene. 

"Rene? C'mon Rene talk to me," You plead into the comms your eyes still frantically searching the fiery building.

"I'm here," He coughs through the comms and you can't help the sigh of relief that escapes you. 

You turn your head and you see him standing to his feet and dusty broken glass off of his suit.

"Do you think Big Belly Burger is still open?" Rene asks limping slightly while he makes his way towards you. 

"Is Big Belly Burg- Are you okay?! You just flung yourself out of the window!" You gape at Rene incredulously as he seems practically unfazed by his near-death experience.

"Yeah Y/N/N. I'm fine just really friggin hungry." Rene grumbles pulling you into a hug when he sees that you're still upset at him.

"Yes, Rene. Big Belly Burger is still open," Felicity laughs over the intercom.
