"So, Melissa Anderson just confirmed that she was the person involved in that terrible car accident just outside of Laurel Canyon, which as we all know is where Chris Evans lives, which explains why they haven't been seen together in public since the Endgame premiere. Although she said that they still haven't caught the person who hit her is, she did reveal that she lost her memory, which explains why poor Chris has been keeping a low profile and looking pretty rough when he's been seen grocery shopping or walking his dog. Meaning that she had just regained her memory on the same day she went to send Chris off for his filming in Massachusetts!" said the reporter.

"Talk about couple goals. Did Chris say anything?" asked Harvey.

"No, he had already passed security before we even got inside the airport. We got lucky since Melissa was just leaving when we got there,"

"Talk about couple goals! Melissa Anderson rushed to the airport to send off boyfriend, Chris Evans, to Massachusetts after just regaining her memory from her car accident! #couplegoals #chrisevans #melissaanderson

"Can we all just take a moment to praise Melissa Anderson? I mean the girl literally just recovered from this terrible car accident, forgot her memory and didn't recognize her boyfriend, the Chris Evans to literally rushing to the airport, DURING, traffic hour just to say, hey I'm back, I remember you, I'm here. Like? Come on! Whoever said love is dead, we ask you to think again".

"Why didn't you tell me she was at the airport?" I asked pissed.

"We had just got there and once she finished her statement, she left. Why would I tell you to rush over to the airport just to find out that she was gone?" he spat back. Clearly pissed, I let it go. But he didn't. I've known Lorenzo for a while. Since sophomore year of high school actually. We've been through thick and thin. He's family. "Anyways, what's your deal with this chick?" I rolled my eyes.

"She did me wrong. She's a fake bitch,"

"So is that why you nearly killed her?" he asked with eyes wide.

"What in the hell makes you think that?" I tried acting surprised.

"The fact that your car was "stolen" and the fact that you are literally high off those over the counter drugs because you refuse to go to the hospital! Man! You're a psycho! You literally totaled your car just to get back at this girl and you almost killed her! And for what? For not replying or leaving you on read or something?"

"You're insane. I wasn't near where the accident took place. Stop accusing me when you only have conspiracies," I spat.

"Whatever floats your boat Matthew," and he walked out of our apartment slamming the door. I wasn't worried that he would rat me out since I have too much dirt on him; his drug usage for instance. He literally won nationals because he was high off his ass due to some supplements he had taken before. I sighed in both frustration and pain.

I just don't know what to do. I mean, I know what I'm going to do but...when and how am I going to do it? Not like this obviously, it feels like my ribs are broken and my back is definitely done for. But how am I going to get close to Melissa? She owes me. I mean I gave her all the media coverage that made her who she is! So ungrateful!! Thankfully, now that she missed her board exams, thanks to me, she's going to be on the same level as me. UCLA dropouts. She won't be able to recover from that. Not with that ego of hers. And since she doesn't understand that she can't be with anyone, I have to get to Chris somehow. But how and when?

It was around 7:30 in the morning when I felt Shan tugging me.

"What the fuck," I groaned.

"Your mom booked the tickets for 10 am! So me, being your best friend, am giving you ample time! So get your ass up and start packing!" she said flopping back onto her bed.

"Thanks, Shan," I smiled before she began snoring again. I packed all my makeup, lingerie, shorts, and shirts since I knew that the weather was going to be warmer in Boston. I didn't pack too much since I knew I still had some clothes at home...hopefully they still fit...

I shook the thought out of my head and walked outside to find my mom all packed and ready. It was only about to be 8:30.

"Good morning sweetie. I packed all your meds and some snacks. Ready?" she asked tiredly.

"Yea, did you eat anything? Coffee?"

"No time, we'll get something at the train station. But we gotta go or else we'll miss it!," she started gathering all her belongings and headed for the door, I hesitated.

"I'll be right there, I just gotta use the restroom real quick," I said.

"Ok, but hurry!" when she closed the door I sighed. I didn't really need to use the bathroom, I was just kind of scared. What if something goes wrong or the press is too much for me or-

"What are you overthinking now?" Bryan knowingly asked while emerging from his room.

"Well look who's up before noon," I joked trying to avoid his question.

"Ha, ha. Aren't you supposed to be on your way to Union Station?" he asked.

"I just needed a minute. Plus, I was gonna say goodbye to you two before I left," I said honestly. He smiled and came to give me a hug.

"You're going to be just fine Mel. Chris loves you, you're going to be with your mom, and we'll eventually meet you over there ok? Just have faith," he tightened our hug.

"Hey! I'm the closer best friend!" yelled out Shannon making her way toward us making me laugh.

"You two are the best...I don't know if I would've been able to get my memories back...or be...me again without you two," I said hugging them both.

"Always so dramatic," joked Bryan.

"Shut up and enjoy the moment fat head," countered Shannon.

I finally left and caught up with my mom, who was already in the car waiting for me.

"Ready?" she asked

"Ready. This is going to be a new beginning," I said following Bryan's advice. I need to have faith. I'm alive for a reason.

"Good, because I definitely did not spend more than $200 on these tickets for second thoughts," she joked and started driving. We made it to the train station with enough time to get something to eat. It was a three-day journey and I honestly wasn't sure how it was gonna go.
