i'm writing this chapter on my phone so sorry if the grammar and spelling is bad. i usually use my laptop but i'm at school right now. i'm also sorry that it's late but this chapter has some great imagery. my english teacher would be hella proud

The next few weeks flew by faster than I expected. Things have been getting a lot better. We held Kirishima's funeral and I didn't even cry. I mean, I tried. I wanted to. But for some reason, I physically couldn't feel sad. Which sucked ass but it's whatever.

I've been taking my meds like I should. Everyday I go to Deku's cafe and have his muffins, before heading off to work to do stupid bullshit for Toshinori and talk to Ojirou's annoying ass. There's another weird thing that's been going on though.

Deku has been acting really fucking weird. When we hang out, he often has to run off to the bathroom. He's also been acting really worried about me. He keeps saying how I keep getting worse, looking more and more dead every single day. He always says that maybe I shouldn't be taking my meds. But I have too.

Ojirou has also noticed how different I've been. Every day, he asks me when the last time I slept and ate was. It's pissing me off. I always just answer in a low tone.

Kaminari has recently been saying the exact same things. At first, he said that it was fine. That it was just a side effect. But now it's the opposite. He always demands I stop the meds. I refuse. I. Have. To. Take. Them.

The day before Deku's wedding, my friends and I went to get outfits together. I decided to wear the suit that I wore the night Kirishima proposed. I had to wash it several times to get the smell out as I had worn it a whole week after that day. Shinsou and Kaminari got matching all-black suits, Jirou bought a purple dress with a pink skirt and a black leather jacket to wear with it, Momo got a long green dress, Ashido got a short sun dress in a pastel pink, and Sero decided to wear a white button-up shirt with black pants. We wanted Deku to come but his mom was taking him to get an outfit since it was his wedding day and she wanted it to be special for them.

That night, we all spent the night at Deku's apartment. He wanted Kaminari, Ashido, and I to help him get ready for the big day. So at 10 am, a few hours after we all woke up from sleeping on little cots in the living room, we headed to his bedroom.

While Deku's mom made breakfast for us, Ashido and Kaminari started to gather up makeup and other accessories and Deku brought me into his mother's room to help him get changed. I set his clothes out on her bed and he got into just boxers. I helped him first put in a white button-up shirt and then a pair of white pants and finally a white blazer. He completed the outfit with white dress shoes before we went back to his room so Ashido could put on his makeup and do his hair. I decided to go talk with his mother in the kitchen.

"Thank you for the food, Ms. Midoriya," I said to her.

She turned around and gave me a big smile, one that matched Deku's. "Don't mention it," she replied. "But please, call me Inko."

I nodded and peered over to see what she was making. She was stirring scrambled eggs in a pan, hot bacon sizzling in another pan next to her. "It smells good." I observed.

"Thank you!" she said with a chuckle. "You ever wonder where Izuku gets his amazing baking from? Heh he talks about you all the time. About how much you like his blueberry muffins. Those are my recipe. I used to make him for his father all the time. Here take a plate and dig in. I'll go get your friends."

"No need mom. We're right here," said a voice. We turned.

Deku was standing in the doorway, dressed in a pure white suit. His hair had been straightened and brushed back into a bun, little braids on each side. Ashido had done his makeup so that his face practically glowed. He looked like a model, a boy right out of a magazine. Seeing him like this would have caused a truck load of petals in the past.

After we ate, we hung out and talked for a bit until the afternoon. Inko drove us all to the beach for the ceremony. We had reserved 2 lounges for each of the grooms and let Inko and Todoroki's sister help them touch up everything inside. My friends and I stayed on the beach, pulling off our shoes and taking our seats near the front.

Soon, Todoroki came down, his sister close behind. She took a seat with their brother on the opposite side of the isle and Todoroki took his place on the little stage up front. He was wearing a suit similar to Deku's except it was pitch black.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, the wedding song came on the stereos set up. We all stood and turned. The sight was absolutely breathtaking.

Deku was practically gliding down the isle, eyes straight forwards, his bare feet pressing into the sand, leaving tiny footprints behind. The sunset's pink and orange sky sat in his background, giving him beautiful lighting. He had a white veil draped over his face, swaying ever so slightly in the ocean breeze. He was holding a bouquet of pink and light green flowers, their petals showing off their colors against his white suit. As he passed me, I caught a whiff of his cologne. He walked down the row of chairs, stepping up onto the stage without a sound. The music ended and a big smile grew on Todoroki's face as he reached up and pulled back Deku's veil. It fluttered down behind him, catching the breeze and flowing like a cape, every once in a while settling down so that it pressed against his ass before picking back up again.

The man at the front cleared his throat. He had blonde hair and a little mustache, triangular sunglasses halfway covering his green eyes. He opened his mouth and a booming voice erupted from it.

"Welcome, family, friends, and loved ones. We are gathered here today, surrounded by the beauty of nature, to celebrate the wedding of Izuku Midoriya and Shouto Todoroki and to offer your love and support to their union. To allow Midoriya and Todoroki to start their married life together surrounded by the dearest and most important to them. Now, can our ring bearer please bring me the rings?"

Kaminari got up and went to the back, bringing a velvet pillow up to them, 2 rings sitting upon it. The blonde man took the pillow and held it in front of the two men. They each took a ring, Deku taking the plain silver band and Todoroki taking the diamond one.

The man started up again. "Your wedding ring is a symbol of your promise to one another. The ring, an unbroken, never ending circle, is a symbol of committed, unending love. Go ahead and put your rings on."

They took turns slipping the rings on each other's fingers.

"You have come here today on your own free will. You have given and received a ring as a symbol of your promises. Now by the power vested in me, I now would like to pronounce you husband and husband. Before I do, does anyone object? Speak now or forever hold your peace."

Silence fell as the last rays of sunlight disappeared behind the horizon. Nothing was heard but the sound of ocean water, rising and falling. Not a whisper or breath was heard. Until suddenly, a voice rung out, clear as day.

"I object."
