Love is in the air

Elena finished for the day and met Bonnie and Rebekah at wedding dress salon.

"Caroline?"-Elena asked the others.-"she hasn't answered any of my calls."

"I think she and Klaus need some time alone!"-Rebekah said chuckling.

The other two women looked at their friend gasping for confirmation that those two finally made up.

"He texted me saying- it's all good!"-Rebekah said-"Champagne...!"-

The shop assistant smiled and did as Rebekah asked-"and let's find you a wedding dress..."-she said to Bonnie.

"Right...but you have try some on too"- Bonnie insisted.

"I am game..."-Elena said-"this doesn't bring bad luck, right?!"

"Only if HE sees you in one!"-Rebekah said looking at Bonnie.

"I am here...aren't I... ?"-Bonnie shot back at her friend.

The shop assistant arrived with the champagne and the women raised their glasses for love and each made a wish. Then another one brought  dresses to be tried out.

In the Mikaelson Mansion, Charly and Henrik were discussing the family.

"I so love that this is a huge house..."-Charly said-"but I guess we will go back to living in our own house"

"I don't thinks so"-Henrik said-"everyone will come and live here...mom will probably move to the beach house"

"How do you figure that?"

"Rebekah will take over... and Elena too..."-Henrik said.

"Yeah... dad and Elena are practically married..."-Charly said.

"Mom wants everyone to be happy... she and I talk... and I told her that times have changed and that all of us want to do our thing... plus Rebekah is kickass- she will keep the company going... she loves to boss everyone around"

"You think that uncle Nik will stay?"

"I don't think so... I'd like him to stay... I like him... he had always told me to do my thing..."-Henrik said.

"How come granpa never really pressured you to do what he thought was best?"

"I knew how to go around it...school was easy and he was happy I got good grades... and I said I 'd work at any of his papers like Rebekah..."

"You just went aling with it?!"-Charly stated.

"Yes... it was ok...I still did my thing... mom always covered for me"

"Figures..."-Charly said.

Then Charly got a call from Elijah and she went to meet him.

Caroline and Klaus finally got out of her apartment and went for something to eat.

"I've got millions of calls and voice mails...-"Caroline said checking her phone.

"Me too...Rebekah..."-he informed her.

"Ah- they are with Bonnie trying on wedding dresses ...:-she said.

"You are missing out on it..."-Klaus said.

"No...I had more than great fun today..."-she said looking at him cheekily.

"Couldn't agree more..."-Klaus said-"talking of weddings...I have organized Kol's stag... "

"OMG- I hope you will have him in that City Hall on time cos Bonnie will kill you..."-she remarked

"Why do you think we will do something crazy?!"-he smiled.

"I can't imagine you taking him into a bar and get a striper...too ordinary..."

"We are actually doing something like that...but in New Orleans..."

"There you go..."

"I hope you keep it under wraps...Kol doesn't know it yet either"

Caroline swore she will keep it as their secret. Now she was getting ideas as to prepare something for the hen night.

After the wedding salon, the women went for something to eat ad well.

"So happy that you chose that Vera  one"-Rebekah said to Bonnie-"you will look so exqusite"

"Today it hit me...I am getting married!?"-Bonnie said cheerfully.

"Elena, you are next!"-Rebekah said.

"I know you all see us as practically married... but I want a proposal and the whole thing..."

"The church too?!"-Rebekah said-"the first time he also got married at the registry office in London...only Nik attended"

Elena just took a sip of the champagne not saying anything.

"Let's talk hen night.."-Rebekah went on-"Caroline suggested our pub..."

Elijah and Charly ordered their dessert. They  enjoyed in their father-daughter time.

"Lately"-Elijah started-" I have been too busy and I was making decisions for all of us"

Charly didn't want to be rude but she cut in before he finished-

-"I am fine...I love living with everyone...it is really fun... it's only been you and Claire...Miss Arnold"-she corrected herself-"and it was fine, also with Elena..."

"You really like Elena?!"-Elijah stated.
"I have told you before- you are happy since you've been with her...different happy..."
"So if I ask her to marry me you would be all right with you?!"-Elijah asked.
"Come on, dad, seriously-of course-!!..."-Charly said elated-"you are going to ask her on the trip?!...

"Yes... I have seen a ring she would love... I think?!"
"Dad, Elena likes simple jewerly... and white gold..."
"How do you know all this... ?!"
"Aunt Rebekah, Bonnie and Elena were talking wedding stuff... so, I guess we will have four weddings coming up?!"-Charly said.
"Four?"-Elijah asked.
"Uncle Kol and Bonnie, you and Elena, uncle Klaus and Caroline and aunt Rebekah..."
"Right- "-he uttered chuckling-"and who is Rebekah going to marry?'
"I don't know... but I think she will find someone too"

Elijah's phone went and he answered-
"Elena...yes...all right...see you soon"
-Elijah said.
"Go, dad, have fun...you deserve it"
"But first I will drive you home"-Elijah said.
They soon got ready and they left.

Although it was winter time, all of them had a spring love bug taking over. Love was in the air.
