"Are you sure they didn't see you?" I asked the stupid little girl.

I'm just using her for now but as soon as I don't need her I'll make her disappear. I might make her join one of my sex trafficking businesses or even better. Sell her to one of my loyal customers. That means more money for me.

"Yes sir, I'm positive. There's no way they could have seen me." She replied, confidently.

"Good." I smiled.

She was a beautiful one but she had a brain the size of a pea. No one was like Zo. Every girl I met didn't reach my Zo's beauty and intelligence. I would kill for that woman. Too bad she decided to run away along with that brat. Now it's time to teach her a lesson.

Time to go ahead with attack number two.

"I think it's best if you kids go home and get some rest. Today was enough for all of you so I suggest you go home. Your parents must be worried sick." Dave muttered. He looked tired too but I could tell that he still had a lot of work to do before sleeping

"Son, can you please take Rosia and Sam with you to your house?"

Ashton nodded. "Not a problem sir."

"I already spoke to your dad about the whole situation so your parents should be expecting you guys." He replied, shoving his hands in his pockets.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure they are well taken care of. I'm going to go get Sam and I'll be waiting in my car." He said before kissing my head and walking away.

We watched Ashton walk away before returning to our conversation. "When will I see you?" I asked Dave.

"I'll try and come tomorrow. I have to go see your mother too and I have to find a place for us to stay. But don't worry about anything. It will all be fine." He assured me, giving me a hug.

"What will I tell my friends?"

"You can't tell them anything. If Andrea has the guts to betray us then no one can be trusted."

"But I know they can be trusted. They are not like Andrea. We didn't even tell Andrea the truth yet she somehow managed to get involved with our enemies." I sighed, running a hand through my hair.

"I know kid but after today I don't think you can even trust your own shadow."

"So then what should I tell them." I folded my arms across my chess.

"We will tell them the truth eventually just not now. But for now just tell them you're not sure and the police are still gathering information." He let out a breath.

"What should I tell mom?"

"Don't say anything. Right now we need her to get better. She can't find out about this at any cost." He replied, looking me straight in the eyes.

I swallowed hard and tried to stop the tears that formed in my eyes. "Okay."

"Please take care of your brother and don't worry about anything. I love you sweetie."
