A few minutes later, Nina came in wearing casual clothes, a black shirt and black track pants.

My dad asked her a few questions, which Nina efficiently answered. (There is a reason why Nina is our unofficial-official leader.)

She handed him her phone, and showed him the relationship section of Violet. I also jumped in the conversation and described the scene at drama. (without mentioning my failed conversation, of course)

Dad sighed and rubbed his forehead, looking very tired, even more than usual. Oh, I forgot to mention, but my dad is a pretty famous Puppeteer. Unlike us, the Trio, it's his actual job to solve these cases where a person's relationship is too tangled or is harmful. Puppeteers generally become counselors, which is what my dad aka THE Jordie Roadage does.

"So... what should we do now Mr Roadage?" "Nina, for the trillionth time, call me Jordie. So far, I think your approach is correct. Become her friend, listen to her and separate her from her 'friends'. I'm sorry to leave you guys without much help, but teenage girls work in strange ways." I nodded vigorously. Nina nodded, pretending she wasn't, in fact another teenage girl.

Nina stayed and we started texting (spamming) Ast in my room. I lied on my bed and Nina sat in the chair. Theo came in, with another mint-choc ice cream. "Want one?" Theo offered it to Nina. "Sure"

She held the cone in one hand and started typing one-handed. Wow. Talent. I looked down to my own phone. New texts from Nina popped out in the group chat. Still no response. We looked at each other and shrugged.

Nina plopped on the bed as well. Theo, who hadn't left and was listening to some music, retorted, "So, when are you guys going to date?"

We replied at the same time. "Never" "Who, Him?"

Laughter exploded from Theo. "Oh the look in your faces! Well, I know you guys are destined to be together" He winked and danced out of the room. I shouted "You stupid Analyser! If you Analyse us properly, you'd know the chance of us dating is 0%!" Out of sight, he snorted "Actually it's 1.25%, baby brother. Everything has a chance" and we heard the door close.

Ignoring my brother who couldn't use his stupid ability properly (Actually his ability was only second to Nina-and he one of the few Analysers to be able to fully turn off his ability out of will but okay), we continued to spam Ast. (Me sending emojis and Nina switching between mild threats and actual information)

We got so bored that we started watching some sort of volleyball anime. (It's called Hi-Q or something? Nina made the choice) Then our phone dinged. 'Sorry. Been busy. So what should we do?' We (with difficulty) stopped watching the anime and started to strategize.

Various ideas started to approach. It started with me talking to Violet more often (which is a difficult thing for me) then bringing Violet with us at lunch time (reasonable, but would she like it?) and then ended up with how I should cut every 'difficult' relationship of Violet.

'It does NOT WORK LIKE THAT. DO YOU GUYS WANT HER TO LOSE EVERY MEMORY OF HAVING FRIENDS?' my text made us (them) come back to earth. (from an exoplanet no doubt) Coming back to the origin, Nina just started reading Violet's information.

"Wait-the Macbeth dress-rehearsal includes drama kids right? Maybe we should hang out with Violet then!" Spoken like our responsible leader (who slightly disappeared for an interval when she suggested we kidnap Violet from her friends) I nodded (like a good teammate) and we both simultaneously texted Ast and discussed the details.
