"Every one let's kindly welcome our new student to Riverdale High" the teacher said "uh hi I'm
Forsythe Pendleton Jones the IV, you can call me Finn...I like that better..I'm 15.. turning 16 next week.. and uhm I write.." i said as everyone welcomed me "well welcome to riverdale why don't you sit next to juliet" the teacher said pointing to a Red head girl with her hair in lose curls. I walk over and sat down next to her, "hey I'm Juliet Andrews " she said "hey I'm- well you already know me" i said as she giggled "also it's cool we have the same birthday!" She said "oh cool" I said.
For this past week me and Juliet have been talk a lot and her mom and my dad went to high school together at this very school! I believe her moms name is Veronica.
I was at my locker when James slams my locker shut "what do you want Clayton?" I asked him "is it true you don't have a mom?" He said as his friends laughed "why do you care!?" I said looking at him "I don't oh my god your mom definitely didn't care about you or you dad-" " you don't bring my dad into this you hear me" i said stepping closer to him as I clench my jaw and at this point there was a crowd around us "oh wow so brave! You know you must have been such a disappointment to your mom if she left both you and your dad, man your dad must be so screwed up if-" i cut him off when I punched him.. he came back up and swung at me hit me right on my eye I swung back and hit him right across the face he spit out blood and looked at me when the principal came out and brought us both to his office.
James has detention for 2 weeks and I..i was suspended for 1 week.. my dad jughead and i were in the car ride it was silent the whole why back to our apartment. He unlocked the doors and I went straight to my room and threw my backpack on the floor then my dad walked in "what the hell were you thinking huh!?" He asked me he was pissed "he was talking about you.." i said and looked away from him "one week finn one and you already got your fucking ass suspended!" Dad said as I looked at him " I'm sorry I'm a fucking disappointment I'm sorry I'm not the fucking son you expected!" I shout at him (⚠️SENSITIVE WARNING⚠️) he put his hand around my neck not tightly but it still hurt and pushed me against the wall "you don't speak to your dad like that you hear me!" He said "y-yes" I said as he let go of me "you better think of what you've done wrong" he said and slammed my door. I walked over to my closet and started packing I threw my important stuff in my bag. I looked back at my door "I'm sorry dad..." I said and went out my window. I walked to a abandoned drive in and saw a room with a bed. I decided to settle down here, I laid down on the bed and looked up at the ceiling that had a giant hole so I looked at the sky as tears fell down my face "mom where are you?.." i said "I know your out there.." I said again to day was the first day my dad physically abusively hurt me... it hurt me knowing how hurt he his after my mom left.. I remember her.. her voice telling me everything is okay when I had a bad dream.
Just then I heard a bunch people yelling and the smashed the doors opened "FOUND HIM!" One of them said he was defending not from James group.. his face paint.. ghouiles... they picked me up and punched me "this is for you.." he said and punched me "and this..is for you dad" he said and took out a pocket knife as they held me "this is revenge for my grandma penny" he said and stabbed me...
JUGHEADS pov
I slammed Finns door shut I grabbed a beer from the fridge and sat down on the couch I could hear slight sobs from Finns room.. it reminded me of when me when my dad became abusive.. fuck what happened to me.. I hurt him I hurt my little boy.. I put my beer on the table and and walked to Finns room. I knock on his door no answer "look Finn I know you don't want to talk me but I'm coming in" I said and opened the door to see his room was a mess and his window was open "no FINN!" I yelled out the window "shit!" Said and ran and threw on my shoes and my serpent jacket and got on my motorcycle. I drove all over town I drove everywhere south side northside no where..
I decided to go to the abandoned drive in. I went in to see foot prints..but more than one.. "FINN!" I shout nothing. But then I saw the room I use to sleep in there was a light..Finn... I ran in and looked over to see Finn covered in cuts and in his own blood "FINN! Hey little man stay with me okay come on!" I said and held him close to me and called 911 "I-It hurts.." he sobs as I looked at his hand to see that his hand is putting pressure on a stab "no no hey hey it's going to be okay stay with me please boy you all I have" i said putting my hand over the wound as He looks at me "dad..I-I'm.." and right then he shut his eyes "NO NO NO STAY WITH ME FINN!..." I sob as I hear the ambulance I picked him up and ran out of the drive in as the ambulance took him I sat in the back with him as they quickly began to bandage him up and put breathing tubes on him, I held his hands and cried "stay with me..please.." I kept whispering..
The doctors brought him to the emergency surgery room. I sat in the waiting room and called my dad, Archie,Toni,Cheryl,Sweetpea and fangs. "Jughead" I heard I look up to see my dad as I came up and hugged him and cried into his shoulder "hey hey he's gonna be okay" my dad said as we sat down and I explained everything to him then he gave me a speech about parent things, soon everyone was here and Finn was still in surgery..
I got up and walked away from them I grabbed my phone and did something I haven't done for 16 years.. I dialed in Betty's phone number.
B: hello betty cooper talking
J: hey..
B: jughead?
J: yea i-it's me..
B: hey we haven't talked in awhile, how's Finn?
J:... that's why u called you..we..got into a fight and he ran off and I went to find him and.. were at the hospital..finns in surgery...
B: p-please tell me your joking..
J: why the hell would this be a joke!?...you know what never mind I just thought that since your his mother you'd care a little more about your son
B: I- do..
j: if you'd care you would have never left us and if you want to make it up to him you'd show up

I walked back and Archie came up to me and hugged me "he's gonna be okay jug I know it" he said as a tear ran down my face "I had one job Archie and it was to keep him safe and I fucked that up" I said and Archie patted my back "and you did jug he's 16 now he's strong I know him he'll fight" Archie said as the doctor came out "jughead Jones?" I walked over "Finns out of surgery he's not breathing on his own so he's been put on life support for now but you can go see him" the doctor said as my heart broke in half
I walked into the room and saw my baby boy laying in that exact room and hospital bed I laid in.. he's hooked up to all these Machines.. and it just hurts so much.., I sat down on the chair next to the bed and grabbed his hand "come on little man fight this your strong so strong the strongest little man I've ever met you've got this..I'm so sorry for what I did.. I'll be apologizing for the rest on my life..I love you boy.. I won't let you leave your side I'll be here when you wake up.. I promise.." I said and sniffed. I then see a cut on his arm it was a 'G' ghoulies...
After awhile there was a knock at the door "come in" i said and I couldn't believe who it was... "Betty" i said as she gave me a frowning smile, she walked over to where she could see Finn more clear "oh my god.." betty sobbed "he's.. he's so big now.." betty said " yea.. he's no life support you know.."I said as betty looked at me and walked over to Finn and put her hand on his forehead and pushed back his brown hair "in so sorry..Finn that I couldn't be there for you.. mamas here now.." betty said "you really think you can just walk back into his life that easy? You missed his whole life! To be exact 15 years! Betty 15!" I said standing up " and I'll be apologizing for the rest of my life" betty said "why did you leave huh!? You just wrote a note and took off" I said "I-I know this isn't an excuse but.. I was offered a job in New York and I knew that if I told you,you would never had wanted to leave juggie this riverdale was your home" betty said "no you don't call me juggie anymore and yea your right that is no excuse, and I wouldn't have agreed to you leaving to New York.. I hate you,you know that I will forever hate you" i said and sat back down in my chair "I'm sorry" she said but I ignored her.
FINNS POV
I began to wake up I looked around to see a blonde woman in her early 30 maybe like 31 32?
I looked around and saw my dad "d-dad?" I said which made him jump up awake "Finn hey" he said and smiled "god I thought I was gonna lose you" he said "I'm not leaving you dad not yet" I said and he kissed my head "I know little man I know" dad said "I'm so so sorry about the fight.. and what I did to you I'll be sorry for the rest of my life just know that" dad said "it's okay..I forgive you also.. who's.." i said then moved closer to him "the blonde" I said as my dad let out sigh "the woman who broke me.. also.. your mother..." dad said as I looked over to her to see her still asleep.. my mother came?....
