( before the story starts I just want to say, can we not be like Selena Gomez's fans and attack Hailey for being with justin, when Cole moves on? Please can we not be more toxic then we already are lol yes I can say we are toxic because I'm part of this fandom and TBH every fandom IS toxic in their own way lol anyway off to the story)

————— Background story- three years after betty cheated on jughead. Jughead is now a college student at Yale because he took his spot back making betty have to earn her own spot which she did. Jughead Mets a new girl his first year there and he has a crush on her as well as she has a crush on him.
JUGHEAD "Good morning!" I said walking towards Avery as she smiles. "Good morning!" She says handing me a coffee, "thank you" i said as she smiles. "Where do you want to have lunch today?" I asked her as we walked to class. "Can we sit on the bridge and eat Chinese take out?" She asked me as I nod my head "sounds good" I said pulling the door open as she walked in and pulled the 2nd door open for me as I walked in.
After class we walked to the Chinese restaurant and did take out. We then walked to the bridge and sat down on the cement floor and began to eat. It was cold out but everywhere is warm as long as I'm with her. "Is it good?" I asked her "Yea it is, open" she said chewing hers as I opened my mouth as she fed me hers "oh wow that is good" I said as she nod her head.
After we ate we walked around campus. We find ourselves by the lake skipping rocks. "Do you have a crush on anyone?" She asked me sitting on a rock as I skipped a rock. "Yea I do" I said as she stood up and jumped on my back as I put my hand under her thighs "who?" She asked as I laughed "I'm not telling you" I said to her "tell me please! At least describe her" she said jumping off my back and walked in front of me, "well.." I said and looked into her eyes.. "she has this beautiful light brown almost red hair, she has the most beautiful blue eyes ever..she does this thing with her fingers when she's nervous..she picks on her finger nails or she licks her bottom lip..she adorable and so beautiful and brave.." I said as she smiled "you are so in love with her..tell her" Avery said as I laughed "I can't..I don't know how" I said as she let out a groan, "just compliment her then tell her" she said as I looked at her "I like you..a lot..and it kills me that you aren't mine, I never thought I'd feel this way about another but I do..but these feelings are stronger and I..can't walk around and pretend I don't like you because I do..I like you" I said as she smiles "just like that now go!" She said pushing me and shoving me as I turned around "I can't!" I said as she stopped and looked at me "why not!?" She shout "because I just did" I said looking at her innocently as she looks at me confused then it hit her.. "y-you like me?" She asked as I nod my head "I like you Avery and it's fucking me up that I like you so much" I said as a smile grew and it hit bigger and bigger. "You like me!!" She said and ran towards me making me fall back. She hugged me as I laughed as she squeals in my neck, she sat up and got off of me and sat down besides me as I sat up too.
"I like you too" she says as I smile and she began to smile even bigger, "you like me" she said teasing me as I laughed "shut up" I said as she laughed "make me" she said as I looked at her lips in at her, "I will then" I said and rest my hand in her neck and jawline and pulled her into a deep passionate kiss. A kiss that I have been aching for. A kiss that healed my broken soul a kiss that led a lightning spark through me, that's when I knew..I was home. We pulled away breathing heavily. She smiled and I smiled, "ew..you kissed me....do it again" she said as I laughed and pulled her into another kiss which we both laughed into.
