Ayame Akizora 秋空 菖蒲
Tomorrow is the next round of the Unit Cup. Hokkaidols will be competing against Cassiopeia.
I watched the first round on my phone. All of the participants did I great job. I couldn't wait for the next round.
Nobody knows my plan, except the headmistress. And thankfully, she chose to follow this plan. After all, if everyone did know, nobody would do their best, would they?
Well, the first round already determined the people needed in this plan of mine. The second round is just a little test for them.
Hatsuko is a powerful opponent. But that doesn't mean that Aikyou and Hidaka cannot win. Eventually, Reyna and her friends will have to face the top idols. Who knows if they'll even face me?
I was still confined to this hospital bed. I'm glad Hatsuko visits me regularly. At least I have a person to talk to and sneak food for me.
A few hours later, I walked out of my room. I'm sure the doctors and nurses will be annoyed to see me out of my bed, but I just felt like walking. I saw my parents at the office. They didn't see me, however.
My mother was crying and my father was trying to comfort her. I could tell that he was just as sad as she was. Before I knew it, tears were forming in my eyes.
I went back to my bed, crying myself to sleep. I need to be able to get out of this hospital one more time.
I need to help them. To inspire them one more time.

"Akizora, you're free to go today," the doctor told me the next day.
I beamed. This is what I wanted to hear after crying myself to sleep.
"Thank you!" I spoke in gratitude.
My parents accompanied me home. I didn't tell them about last night. Happiness overflowed in me.
"I'm glad you're slightly better today, Ayame," Mother told me.
"Me too," I said softly. "I wanted to watch the Dual Unit Cup."
My parents looked at each other nervously. I bet Hatsuko told them that I "force myself too much".
"Ayame..." Father began. "Please take care of yourself, okay?"
I nodded. After preparing my stuff, I headed to Pearl Star Academy. Good thing the Unit Cup was going to start in a few hours. I had all the time I needed.
I walked to the bus stop. As I walked by, I saw a school with the initials "SIS" on it.
"A rival school, huh?" I spoke curiously, looking at it through the gate.
As I was about to arrive at the bus stop, I saw a familiar-looking boy emerge from the gates of SIS. He was just as surprised as I was when he saw me.
"Shibagaki Gin-kun!" I greeted. "Nice to see you!"
"Akizora Ayame?" he spoke with his eyes widened. "You're out of the hospital..."
I nodded. "I'm glad! I'm heading to Pearl Star to watch the next round of the Unit Cup!"
"Oh, I see," Shibagaki replied. "Heading to work at the moment. I hope I can watch them. I heard that Aikyou and Hidaka's unit won."
I grinned. "That's right! They'll be going against Cassiopeia! By the way, your sister did a great job too!"
"I guess," the silver-haired responded with a small smile. For some reason, his face resembled that of another person I knew.
