"The thing my children is called heartbreak. Humans are creatures of clay, gullible, foolish and weak. They listen to the heart and not the sounds of nature, and thus their heart destroys them.

Dil ki batein. Dil mai basey log kahin ka nahi chortay"

-Jinnistan Ayesha Muzaffar

( Rough Translation of the last sentence: Words of the heart. People living in the heart leave you good for nothing)

Freya's POV:-

After sometime we let go of eachother and soon it all turned awkward. I opened the door and walked out to the bed I was going to share with Ella today.

He followed me out and sat on his own single bunk watching me. The side Ella had her bag on was where Luke's bunk was facing and the side where I was supposed to be was facing Mason's bed coincidentally.

Luke was sleeping soundly on his bed while everybody was now coming inside to sleep, Ella was also in her slumber world.

Mason was watching me as I rummaged around in my bag for a facewash. The goddamn thing was in the depths of hell. Mason's eyes on me unnerved me to some certain point that it felt as if his eyes were speaking too much in too less.

As soon as I found it I turned. "I'm gonna go get ready for bed." Briskly I walked to the bathroom and locked myself in. I heard him chuckle on the other side. Asshole! He was deliberately doing that.

As I brushed my teeth, my hair and washed my face, one thing kept running in loops in my mind.

I was doing something very wrong. I was going far with this. It had to stop before something happened.

After about fifteen minutes when I could not elongate going out anymore I clicked the door open and walked outside. He was laying back on the bed his earphones in his ears, eyes closed and arms behind his head. And well it was a treat for the eyes.

I sat on the bed and looked at him for a moment. "Run out of things to do in there?" He spoke and my heart jumped out of my chest.

"Dear God! you scared the living crap out of me, are you even listening to something or just pretending like some weirdo." He smiled sitting up finally watching my terrified expressions.

"You should rest Freya. You didn't look so well in the car today." His eyes were a bit too serious to what he was saying.

"Mason...............I have to tell you something......." As soon as I spoke it seemed like a huge mistake as I sat on my bed contemplating.

He sat expectant almost as if knowing already or maybe my head was playing games at me. Rationality was just my excuse but it was all I had, how could he even know.

"I.........I..........I think I should sleep. Forget what I said." Before I could turn he spoke kneeling down infront of me.

"You don't need to be afraid of anything at all. Don't worry about it-" Before he could say anything else Riley pulled in a very drunk Dawson mumbling something.

"He didn't want to sleep where Maryanne and Shawn were." Riley looked really pissed at the situation.

"Dude they would literally start having sex in the middle of the night with everybody around and it is disturbing for ME as Annie's BROTHER!!!" Dawson declared as clearly as he could in his drunk state.

"And you think I wanna hear that? Tell them not to be whores." Riley pushed Dawson on his bed bunk and looked at us a little suspiciously.

"Everybody is almost down. I'm gonna go sleep in Dawson's bed." He picked his bag and walked to the door. When he left Mason stood up shaking his head and walked to the bathroom as I got in bed.
