"It's not necessary for us to compete with each other. We have different products to sell. I mean, it's not being on top right? It's being an instrument for people who are starting and currently writing their love stories." I explained.
Nagpalakpakan naman ang audience sa studio.
"Miss Russell is right. I totally agree with that. Jewelries, chocolates and flowers have always been a classic. It symbolizes the season of love. And I think that matters more than the money we get from the market." Dagdag ni Diana.
Nag agree din ang mga tao sa kanya.
"Wow. You two are really great inspiration talaga. Especially to young women who also want to be where you are right now. Pero, matanong ko lang girls. I know, lahat dito gusto ring malaman ang sagot. What is the secret of your success? What is the story of how all of these started?." Tanong ni Kiara na nag-iinterview samin.
Diana and I sat there staring at each other with a lump in our throats. Unable to speak. Diana sighed deep breaking the contact para tingnan si Kiara.
"Uhm well, ako--maybe I'm just lucky. I inherited this business pa from my great grandparents. Mackey Jewels still run for its 106th year. I just hope lang na hindi ito bumagsak under my management." Kwento ni Diana. She's telling the truth. Talagang mayaman sila. But she's not like those crazy rich Asians. She's different.
"Hindi naman siguro haha. I'm sure mas lalago pa yan sa pangangalaga mo. How about you Franki?." Sabi ni Kiara.
Dun ay lalo akong kinabahan.
"Sige, ulit ah. Babaguhin ko yung tanong pero related parin sa question. Eto nalang, if you're given the chance to write a book about your success, what would be its title?."
I looked at the audience, and then Diana. She looked a bit worried.
"I would call it uh.. I.. I--About A Girl." Sagot ko.
"Why?."
"Overtime na daw. Galit na si Direk." Sabi ko Hahaha buti nalang. Totoo naman talaga.
Hay salamat. May susunod pang iinterviewhin. Artista naman.
Sabay kaming naglakad sa backstage ni Diana pero di niya ako pinansin. Kakausapin ko na sana siya nang biglang nagring ang phone niya at nauna nang umalis sakin.
