Donna's sister from back home

Part 20

I call Frank and ask him to come and pick me up. I decide that today I am going to sell all my old office stuff but keep my old desk. I found a buyer for my stuff and before Frank comes here he is going to them. I get a text from Frank saying he is outside. I walk out of PH and we head to the shops. I get back and the movers come in with my stuff. People look my way and I just smile. I see a guy almost drop the box with my record player in, "hey! be careful!" Frank smiles at me and we walk into the office and unpack. (office above.)

Once we're done Frank goes to leave but I stop him, "wait. Have this for the day." I give him half of the money we had left over seeing as I only got one thing. He tries to not take the money, "no I couldn't do that." I force it into his hands, "I know it's not much, I'll get you more soon." He shakes his head, "no this is more then enough I mean it." I smile and we hug and then say are byes.

Someone knocks on the door, "Daisy Miss Pearson wants to see you." I nod and walk to her office. I see Mike and Harvey are also there. "Good you're here. Now I was thinking of starting up a new programme. I have chosen you three to be the guinea pigs before I make it official. Mike and Daisy will be partners and work on every case together. Harvey, Daisy will be your second associate. Now me and Harvey have to meet with Tanner. Back to work."

We all leave Jessica's office and mike comes with me to mine, "welcome to the team Paulsen and nice office." I look around, "thanks, I got it new this morning." He smiles and sits in front of my desk as I sit down, "so you took my advise." I shrug, "Well I had no choice. I as fired because of this stuff with Donna." He gave me a sad smile, "where did you used to work." I sit up, "I used to work for the FBI." He looked shell shocked, "so you were keeping secrets too."

I went to stand up for myself when I saw everyone whispering, I walk up to one of them, "hey, what the hell happened?" I girls turns to me, "Mr Spector punched someone called Travis Tanner." Me and Mike smirk. We head straight to Harvey's office. I love this job and it's only my first day.

We walk in Harvey's office after him, "so... How was it?" Harvey goes over to his desk, "how was what?" I roll my eyes, "punching Tanner. It was awesome, wasn't it?" Me and Mike had massive grins on our faces. Harvey turns around and Mike continues where I left off, "tell us it was awesome." Harvey doesn't look impressed, "what are you two, in middle school? I'm in the middle of a trial."

I roll my eyes and keep quite, "a mock trial." I sigh knowing Harvey wasn't going to like that. "mock trials are for children. The adults are doing an in-house trial run." Harvey leaves his office and we follow him and I decide to speak up, "okay. Mock trial, trial run. po-tay-to, po-tah-to, not potato. What do you need us to do?" I ask seeing the look he gave me.
