Present day:

It's been around a week since I went to the physic ward and I have been trying my hardest not to worry about. I hear a knock on my door and I look up to see Harvey, "what can I do for you Harvey." He takes a seat and hands me a check for $30,000, "it's your bonus." My eyes widen, "but I only just started." He shrugs, "you deserve it. Also Your sister will be back by tomorrow." My whole face brightens and I hug Harvey and he slowing relaxes into it, "thank you so much." I let him go.

"Also I need you to work on a case of mine. My plate is kind of full with the whole vote going on." I nod and take the file, "what do you need me to do." He shrugs, "that is a file on the client and all of their business details. The client is on holiday so is sending his son. Just see what the problem is and fix it fast and smoothly." I nod and look at the file, "I don't need this, I've worked with them before." He takes the file back, "great, and good luck."

I walk into a conference room and see Logan sitting there all smug. I walk in, "Mr Sanders how can I help you." He smiles, "I was hoping I would get you. Just go on one date with me." I scoff, "you mean you have no legal problem at all?" He nods, "I knew he would send you, you know with the power struggle going on. I mean it was 50/50 it could have been that Mike Ross guy I guess." I start to walk out, "no, no, no. What part of that is not going through your head." He steps forward, "please, I am begging you. I just want one more chance." I walk out and back to my office leaving him all alone.

Harvey walk into my office, "what did he need." I shrug, "nothing, from what he told me he needs no legal help." Harvey sighs, "then why did he waste our time. Look it's fine just carry on with your day. I'm sorry I bothered you with that." I nod, "it's fine I don't mind, I'm getting my sister back." he smiles and leaves my office.

It's the next day and I get ready and call Frank (outfit above.) I then walk to my sisters door and see her up and ready, "come on Donna lets show how the Paulsen's do." She smiles and link arms, Pearson Hardman won't know what hit them because the girls are back.

We walk out of the elevator side by side and everyone was looking at us. I had a smirk on my face as I strutted down the corridor, I break off from Donna with a nod and go into my office. Today is the best day ever. I was on my computer and then my phone rings, "hello Daisy Paulsen speaking?" Donna laughs, "wow you really need a secretary. Anyway I just fired the temp, so do you want to get lunch with me. Or do you have plans with Jake." I shake my head, "Donna that ended like a week ago." She gasps, "and you didn't tell me I am in shock." I laugh, "I tried to but you never picked up, I left you a voicemail." She sighs, "you know I never check them things. I'll let you go Harvey said he needs you and Mike for court." I put the phone down and meet Mike and Harvey out front.

On the way Harvey told he was filing for a dismissal on the Mr. Zielinski. I sat behind Harvey and watched Harvey in action. He was showing a video of our client and made sure one thing was clear, "your honor, if being an asshole was a criminal offense, I'd say lock Mr. Zielinski up. In fact, if they want to call him that, be my guest. But they better use the word 'opinion' like he did, because unless I woke up this morning in Nazi Germany, that's my client's right." When he sits back down I lean over, "Nazi Germany?" He shrugs, "I was making a point." I sit back and let out a small laugh.

The opposing council stands up, "your honor, his client blatantly declares his rants are merely his opinions for the sole purpose of skirting libel law." Harvey then shots back, "I drive 65 for the sole purpose of avoiding a speeding ticket. Doesn't make me a criminal." I hold in a laugh and mutter, "no it makes you a grandma." Mike smiles obviously he heard me and Harvey didn't seem to.

The opposing council points to Harvey, "but Mr. Specter doesn't have malice against other drivers." Harvey turns to the two of us, "what does he have?" He both shrug, "we don't know." He olds up a CD, "we have a little recording of Mr. Zielinski of our own. This is what Mr. Zielinski sounds like when he doesn't think the cameras are rolling." He puts it in and the whole thing contradicts our point. The judge speaks up, "save it Mr Specter. Case goes to trail."

We walk out of the court room and Harvey the opposing council stops us, I generally can not remember his name, "you really only drive 65?" We turn around and Harvey laughs, "in a school zone. Solis doesn't need the money. What do you want?" He hands us a file, "three years' worth of random tests by the league plus independent tests we had run to quash the rumours. As you can see, my client is clean." Mike being the sweet innocent person he is says, "Zielinski doesn't have these." I shake my head and the opposing council crosses his arms, "oh, he does, and I know it because we sent them to him. But he chooses not to reveal them on his show." Harvey looks at the files, "what if I get him to air these results plus your side of the story." He shakes his head, "too late for that. We want an apology form you client." I bat my eyelashes, "in person?" He lets out a laugh, "nice try puppy dog eyes. We want an on-air complete retraction, and that's non-negotiable." He then picks up his brief case up and walk out. Asshole.
