It's the next day and the first day of the trail run. I wake up to a good morning text form Jake, 'morning beautiful.' I smile and text him back, 'morning handsome.' I put my phone down and get ready. (outfit above.) Frank picks me up and takes me to PH. Once we pull up Frank opens my door for me, "Daisy I was wondering if you could come round for dinner. I understand if you find utterly inappropriate my wife just wanted me to ask." I laugh, "I would be honoured. When do you want me round." He smiles, "tomorrow tonight if you're free." I smile, "that would be wonderful I can't wait to meet the family."

I walk into my office and check my emails. I hear a knock on my door and I look up to see Mike, "hey skinny tie what can I do for you." He clears his throat, "Tomorrow you will be needed in the mock court. Louis has some questions he would like to ask you." I nod, "ok, that's fine with me. Mike are we good you seem off." He laugh, "no I'm good. Tell your boyfriend I said hi." I open mouth to say something and then he walks out. I thought we were just friends.

I walk into the library and sit in on the trail run. Harvey is taking the stand and Louis is questioning him. "Please state your name." Harvey sits up straight, "Harvey Spector." Louis looks at Harvey, "your full name." Harvey sighs, "Harvey Reginald Spector." He looks at me and Mike. I am sitting behind Mike. We both mouth, 'what' he just nods. I am so using that against him later.

Louis then continues to question him, "do you consider yourself a lair, Mr. Spector." Harvey shakes his head, "of course not." Louis starts to walk back to the table Mike is sat at, "didn't you recently confess that as an associate you hid an important file belonging to a-- ooh, what was his name? Oh, yeah, a Louis Litt." Harvey smiles and looks at the 'jury', "that was a prank. It was a one-time thing."

Louis start to move his hands around, "so you didn't do anything wrong?" Well someone need to learn to let things go. Harvey shakes his head, "I didn't think so." Louis walks back to Harvey, "and when asked, did you claim that you knew nothing about it?" Harvey beefily looks down, "did you ever do anything to remedy the situation?" Harvey looks back at Louis, "no." "why not." This is not going to end well, "what was done was done." Louis shakes his head, "'what was done was done.' And like you said, it was a one-time thing, right? Ah. was it? Because I think maybe this is a pattern. Information was hidden, you claim you knew nothing about it, you did nothing to rectify the situation, and years later, you maintain you've done nothing wrong."

Jessica looked at Harman, "your honour, he's testifying." He ignores her and Louis continues to testify, that little snake is cheating. He wants to make Harvey look bad in front of the partners. I scoff and cross my arms glaring at the 'judge'. "sounds exactly the same as why we're here today. except there's one big difference--" Jessica starts to yell, "your honour--" Still he doesn't jump in, "this time... a man was killed. No further questions, your honour." He sits back down and I glare at the back of his head.

It was over for today but it would just start again tomorrow and it would be me in that chair. On the way home I still can't make sense as to why they want me on the stand. I have nothing to do with this, I wasn't even here when it happened. This whole thing is making my head hurt.
