After The End - Violentine

As Clementine pushed the the lifeless redhead a strange feeling of relief washed over her, wiping the blood away from her eyes she saw a familiar face that she had longed to see. "Violet!" She exclaimed sitting up.
The blonde dived to the floor and took Clementine into a long and meaningful embrace, the feeling of the other persons heartbeat warming there worried souls. "I..I saw her fighting someone and...and... oh I'm so happy your ok." Violet said stammering.
Clementine clung to the blonde tighter, closing her eyes, "You came for me..." Clementine muttered sadly
"I'm never leaving you again, we're safe now." Violet return
"No, not yet, we have to help these people." Said Clementine
Violet released her lover from her tight grip and nodded, she stood up and assisted her in standing. Looking back down at the lifeless corpse of the redhead she felt nothing, unlike the time on the boat, now she was dead she almost felt better. "Ok then, let's save these people." The blonde said removing the blade form the back of Minerva's skull.

Sophie

As she looked at the lifeless corpse of her brother in her arms a hatred formed inside of her. She removed the axe from his body and held it in her hands. "Goodbye Tenn..." she said tearfully as she left the room, however upon leaving the room the once populated factory was now empty and the cracks of gunfire could be heard from outside. Sophie walked with heavy feet towards the door. As she opened it she saw a line of people all with there backs to her, all armed with different rifles shooting at a sprawl of people, in the distance she saw the familiar face of Clementine and Violet hidden behind a distant wall on the opposite side of the battle. Alone she could not take down the force that stood ahead of her, instead she began to sneak behind them to a string of distant buildings that could provide cover for her so she could reach her friends. As she snook behind the building she heard the shouting from both sides of the battle, the soldiers who were outnumbered but armed and the captives who called for help and those who were armed attempting to save others. As she turned the corner to sneak behind the building she heard shouting ahead of her, walking slower and listening carefully she eventually saw who was there. "Drop the fucking cleaver and get on the floor!" A soldier shouted a soldier at Violet and Clementine. Violet slowly placed the weapon on the floor and stepped backwards. As she approached Sophie raised the axe to strike, but as she came closer a shard of broken glass crushed loudly beneath her feet causing her to drop the axe and the armed man to turn, they looked at each other for a moment before he fired his gun. Sophie stood still, she had just been shot, at least that's what she had presumed, she opened her eyes to see a familiar character running towards the armed man and tackling them to the ground. "Fucking run!" Harry shouted, wrestling for the gun. The three girls looked at each other for a moment before grabbing their weapons and running out into the battle.

Taking cover behind an old car the girls looked around for a minute for any way they could gain an advantage over the soldiers. Before they could think of anything a loud whistle screeched through the air. Clementine looked around for the sound. She looked towards the soldiers, a small projectile launched itself at them and erupted into a bright fusion of lights and sound then total darkness.

"Clementine."a distant and hazy voice called, her vision was blurry and dark and a throbbing in her head.
"Clem, stay awake!" They called again, however her eyelids grew heavy and closed abruptly.

"Clementine." An old and familiar voice said from her side.
"Lee?" She asked in a childlike voice,
"So it's not the train again, this is your house." Lee said as he sat next to Clementine, dangling their feet over the edge of the moss covered empty pool. Clementine leant her head onto his arm. "I'm so close Lee, I'm nearly safe." She said looking up at her now decrepit treehouse.
"So what happened?" He asked looking down at her leg. Clementine looked over at the man, "I got bit trying to save someone." She said "same as you." Lee frowned then smiled.
"How are things, with the boy and your lady friend?"
Clementine chuckled slightly and looked back into the pool. "I'm not sure about AJ, he seems happy, but I felt like he needed some space." She said
"And...and Violet proposed to me a few days ago before..." Lee placed his hand on her shoulder, "Get home, be happy and remember to cut your hair." He said before the world around her began to fade into black

Clementine opened her eyes suddenly and inhaled sharply. "Woah,woah, Clem stay still, you took quite the hit."
Said Harry sitting on a far seat clutching his arm. "Oh thank god your ok." Violet said turning around from her seat. Clementine looked around puzzled for a moment, she was laying on the back seats of a car, Harry sitting in the free seat clucking his bleeding arm, Violet sitting in the front seat and Andrew driving. "Where's Sophie, what happened?" Clementine said panicked.
"When Andrew and Willy started their attack something blew up and some debris hit you in the head." Harry replied "Sorry about that." The driver added.
"What happened to Sophie, is she ok?" The concerned brunette asked.
"She's ok, she's asleep in the back." Clementine peered over the seat to see the long haired redhead sprawled on the floor of the car, her eyes dark and red from crying. "She told us what happened, then she started crying and fell asleep." Added Violet sadly.
Clementine lay back down on the seat and sighed, "Tenn... h...he sacrificed himself for me." Violet looked down at the footwell of the car and stared into it for a moment. "After they were taken I was the only person there for Tenn, he was like family." The car was silent for a while, the only sound being the car itself or the occasional grunt from Harry. "What happened to the Delta?" Clementine said through the silence.
"Oh yeah, your friend Javier and his family are down there now, they told us to radio in when everyone's ok." Andrew said tossing a walkie talkie into the back. "You guys might wanna settle in, we have quite the drive." Violet said as she looked into the distance.
