"Kinoshita-san? Are you coming or not?" Gin asked, standing by the infirmary door.

Jiro tilted his head to the side, confused, before he realized it was time for dinner. He and Gin were in charge of bringing the sick students(and Sai) their meals.

He scurried to his feet and followed the other boy out of the room. Waving goodbye to Sai, he found that she was focused on something else so he left her to her own.

Over the last weeks, Jiro had grown more confident in his voice and was a bit less afraid to speak his mind.

"Um...Kojima-san? Can I-I ask a question?"

Gin glanced over at Jiro before returning his gaze ahead.

"Sure."

Jiro sighed in relief.

"Uh, do you know what Tsukiko-san's real talent is?"

Gin suddenly stopped walking and Jiro was about to retract his question. However, his throat dried up when he felt cold metal against his neck.

The ultimate bodyguard had put a knife to the boys throat and pinned him against the wall.

His heart was beating a mile a minute and he was fearing that this was where he was going to die.

"That is her real talent. Never ask me or her, ever again. I have killed before. I won't hesitate to do it again. Understood?" Gin's voice was filled with an emotion that Jiro couldn't quite pinpoint.

"O-okay.." he managed to say.

He fell to his knees when he felt the knife leave his throat. The bodyguard wasn't looking at him anymore. He was looking at the boy that stood down the hallway, staring at them in surprise and horror.

"What?" Gin asked, his voice impatient.

Itsuki tilted his hat slightly.

"O-oh. Monokitty has told me to go fetch you all for dinner. So I..." he trailed off, eyes now flashing with concern.

"Alright. We were just heading there now." Gin explained, pushing past Itsuki and headed to the dining hall.

Jiro simply watched with wide and fearful eyes. What the hell was that all about?! As he got to his feet, he noticed that Itsuki had come to his side.

He was too close.

"U-um...can you back up...a little?" Jiro requested

Itsuki nodded and took a couple steps back.

"Are you alright, Jiro?! I did not know how to react to such a situation. I apologize for failing to help you." The taller boy said.

"I-it's fine...you weren't even involved." Jiro grumbled, pushing past the boy.

He wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone else. Especially someone who would take the blame for something that weren't involved with.

Some time later, Jiro had finished his dinner. Or rather 'finished' as in he had picked it apart and hadn't eaten a single bite.

Not everyone had shown up to dinner.

"Kinoshita-san. I need your help bringing these back to the infirmary." Jiro winched as he heard Gin's voice.

That was the exact last thing he needed.

"A-ah...okay..." He said standing up and grabbing a couple of the plates of food that the other boy was holding.
