We pack up the tents and grab our shoes and get into the RV. We have to stop for gas and then it's a twelve hour drive from here back to Edendale. Since it's almost midnight the road is pretty much clear, so I drive as fast as I can in an RV, and we all decide to drive straight to the hospital no matter what. I'm not tired because all I can think of is seeing Thea and hearing her voice. After a few hours everyone, but Tatyana falls asleep and she joins me in the passenger seat.

"Do you want me to take over?"

"No I'm not tired I just want to get to the hospital."

"Same I can't wait to see her and hear her talk!"

"I was just thinking the same thing."

"Do you think she'll remember anything?"

"I hope so."

"You mean you hopi so?" She rolls her eyes

"See you liked my pun."

"Don't let it go to your head." Tatyana looks out the window and stares up into the sky at Thea's star I assume. A few minutes later she falls asleep. After the eleventh hour I get excited, and I can see we're almost entering the Edendale city limits and I wake Tatyana up.

"What are we here?"

"No, but I'm about one hour we will be hitting the Edendale city limits, and I want you to remember whatever happens I'm still your friend too. You can tell me anything you don't want to tell Thea."

She smiles and says, "Same and thanks for being there for me at the lake. I'm glad we did this."

We drive in silence for one more hour. The last time I was this excited for something was when I was ten, and my parents pulled me out of school early on a Friday because they had a surprise for me. They wouldn't tell me what it was, they blindfolded me and didn't remove it until we were in the parking lot of an airport. I remember asking my mom what we were doing there and she kept saying it's a surprise then we walked inside got boarding passes that my mom still didn't let me see and then went through airport security. We got on the plane, and mom covered my ears when the pilot announced where we were going. I was excited, but nervous so I fell asleep on the way to our destination. When we arrived my mom woke me up, and I got up so fast and ran to the exit, then the flight attendant told me, "Welcome to Hawaii." I was excited because the previous Christmas I had asked to go to Hawaii, so I could swim with the dolphins and go snorkeling. Of course, I could do that anywhere there was a huge body of water, but to me, Hawaii seemed more magical. I drive past the Welcome to Edendale sign, and my heart starts to pound.

"Look we're in Edendale!" I shout and everybody wakes up

"We're almost there Jordan!" Tatyana looks so anxious When we arrive at the hospital, I let everyone out in the front so I can find parking for this large RV. Tatyana is the first to enter the hospital, and I see them run to the elevator. My eyes get watery, and I start shaking, but I have to hold myself together until I park the RV. As soon as I park it I turn the ignition off, jump out, lock the doors, and quickly run into the hospital. When I get in people are looking at me like I'm crazy I go to the front desk to get a visitor's pass and then I run to the elevator and press the button for the fourth floor a million times until the doors finally close and the elevator car starts moving. While the elevator is slowly moving, I thank God and pray Thea stays healthy. When the doors open, I turn right and run down the hall to Thea's room where everybody is standing outside crying, and I get a lump in my throat.

"Jordan!"My mom shouts and runs up to hug me.

"Why are you all outside?"

"They only let one at a time and Thea keeps asking for Tatyana and you so we decided to let you go in after Tatyana."
