"Hey ladies. Time to close up shop." I said. The girls nodded. I turned off the open sign. We checked out, put our things up, grabbed our purses, and left after I locked it. We where going to Twinkle Park. We got there and went to the boardwalk. We laughed and laughed after Maria told a funny joke. "Ok guys. Lets tell secrets." Maria said. "Wait! How about we say who we all have a crush on. I'll start first. I'm dating Shadow." I announced. Everyone knew but Maria. "Sha-Shadow the hedge-hedgehog?" Maria asked. I nodded. "I'll go next! I like Tails." Cream said sheepishly with a deep blush on her cheeks. "Duh! Everyone knows that. Except for Tails." Sally said. "Ok, ok. I'll go next. I like, Sonic!" Sally blurted out. She looked at me and I smiled. "That's ok. But, if he hurts you, he's a goner." I say. Sally smiles and nods an aproval. "Maria? You're turn." I say. She looks guilty, as if she did something wrong. "Maria?" I ask. She shakes her head. "I can't." she states. "But, we told you ours." Sally said. "I-I can't. I'll give you a hint. I like someone that someone in our group likes too." she said sheepishly and put her ears down. "Oh." I state surprised. "Sonic?" Sally asks. Maria shakes her head. "Tails?" Cream asks. Maria shakes her head again. My eyes widen. "Sha-Shadow?" I ask. Maria looks away shamefully. "He-hey. It's ok. We can't help who we like. Just don't try to take him away from me. He IS my boyfriend." I say lightening up the mood. Maria smiles and nods in agreement. "Ok." she answers. Shadow choas controls to my right. Great.
