Chapter 11: Wanna Bet?

I woke up the next day with two very strong arms wrapped around me. I could wake up like this everyday, although having a huge poking device behind me, is killing me since the man wants to make it special.

I turned around and saw him with a huge grin plastered on his face.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" I said while pointing at his device.

"Very much, it's really fun seeing you get all turned on." He chuckled.

"Then you get no kisses, for teasing me" I stuck my tongue at him. He pulled me closer and crashed his lips against mine.

"You wouldn't last another day without kissing me." He smirked.

"Wanna bet?"

"Loser has to cook only wearing a boxer, or panties." He told me.

"What, free the breast?" I gave him a look.

"Oh yeah, get ready to lose." He said while leaning in. "But we should probably have one more kiss just in case."

We pretty much made out for about 5 minutes.

"Was that good?" I giggled.

"We'll survive." He replied.

"Alright, how about some breakfast and then be lazy, cause Monday morning there's a big order." I sighed.

"Sounds really good, tomorrow I have meetings all day. If you don't hear from me, send me some cupcakes." He said which caused me to laugh.

"And if you dont hear from me, send me some nachos." I grinned as he laughed.

The next day I went to the bakery. We had close so we could focus on our big order.

"I swear the bride deserves a slap, she could've contacted us 2 weeks before the wedding, but no, she had to contact us 5 days before the big day." Beli was huffing.

To other people she would be a drama queen, but she's right, considering its a wedding and she asked a lot of things at the last moment cause her first choice went another way.

"I know, but don't worry, we can finish everything. I call reinforcement." I smiled.

I'm more calmed while Beli drowns in a glass of water when things go south.

"Let's get this ready for bridezilla." We turned to see Grandpa Matt.

"Grandpa." I hugged him as he hugged me back.

Beli hugged him too, "you're the best."

He just chuckled, "I think it's time for you girls to expand your team. You're doing well, you can hire more people, that's why I will send to this bakery, Three pastry chef."

Works for me, that way I don't have to bust my ass off when someone like bridezilla comes and drops a bomb like she did 5 days ago. I could've said, no, but the pay was good.

As we were working with the order, grandpa stood next to me. "So, I heard someone is involved with Stefan Campbell."

I smiled, "yeah, I like him a lot. I'm so happy grandpa. I love being with him, and even though we haven't known for a long time, feels like we do."

"That's when you know love has hit you really hard, I was oblivious with your grandma, but man together we made more sense and till this day, I'm so in love with her." He said with a cheesy smile.

"So you're okay with me being with Stefan?" I asked while decorating the cupcakes.

"I am, if he makes you happy, go for it. Your parents will have to accept it at some point." He replied while putting icing on the cookies.

"You're the best grandpa." I gave him a kiss on his cheek and then hugged him, I love this person so much.

We spent a lot of time in the kitchen, and we were still not done with the order.

"Food?" We turned to see grandma Rain with a big tray of food.

"Read our minds, grandma." I hugged her, she just chuckled.

We took a break and had dinner. We heard the bell chimed and in walked Stefan. "Need any hands?"

I went to where he was and hugged him. "We really do." I sighed.

My grandparents walked to where we were and looked at Stefan.

"So, I'm assuming you're Stefan Campbell, the responsible for my granddaughter's smile." Grandpa Matt told Stefan.

"Guilty." Stefan said as they shook hands.

"I'm Rain, you better not hurt my granddaughter." They shook hands.

"Never, she's someone I want to keep for a long time." He smiled. Can he get any more perfect?

"Ouch!"

"Sorry, you seem to good to be true I had to make sure you were real." I grinned as he gave me a look, my grandparents just laughed.

"Try pinching the other way." He replied.

"Nah, too painful." I giggled.

"Sounds familiar." Grandpa told grandma.

"I also had to make sure." She shrugged as grandpa chuckled. I love how in love those two are. They're just the cutest.

Hours went by, and by now, it was 5 am. We finally finished the order. I'm so exhausted.

"We did it, Black Bakery." I said before falling asleep on the table.

"I am drained, I think we can close the bakery for two days." Beli added.

"I'm taking this little person to sleep, I don't think she will be comfortable sleeping on table." Stefan said as they chuckled.

A few hours later, I woke up in Stefan's bedroom. I turned to my left and saw him on his phone. "Did I really fell asleep on a table?"

He turned his gaze to me and said, "Yeah, I brought you here and changed your flour covered clothes to my shirt. You can take a shower I'm pretty sure you would've beat me, if I  had thrown you to the shower."

I laughed at that, "thank you, you're so wonderful." I was about to kiss him and then I remembered the bet. "Almost lost."

He chuckled, "so close."

"But thank you for helping us, you are amazing." I pinched his cheeks.

"Anything for you, baby girl." He gave me one of those killer sexy look. My insides just exploded.

"I'll never get tired of hearing that." I said as I snuggled to him, he just smiled.
