The puppet

Dragging a body bag out of the forest, Jack said, "I'm sure you're wondering why I haven't killed you. You can trust me when I say that I would gladly do it, but I know better. You're not going to die for a while, regardless of how hard I try, so instead I'll make sure you suffer until you manage to kill me."

Out of nowhere, a dog jumped out and sunk its teeth into Jack's arm. With a smile on its face, Jack lifted its arm, grabbed the dog by his neck and said, "Oh look! It's a doggie! It's cute!" Jack grabbed the dog by his leg, tore it off, and took a bite out of it. The dog squealed from the unbearable pain. To keep the dog from bleeding out Jack burned the wound closed, and to keep him from making noise, Jack put its burning hand down the dog's throat to burn his vocal chords.

With the dog tied to Jack's side by his neck, a leg in one hand and dragging a body bag with the other, Jack said, "It was probably that weird aura you're emitting, the same one that makes me feel like shit. It's making all the non demons forget their common sense and stop being afraid." The Guardian was struggling in the body bag, but was unable to do anything with the amount of pain she was in. Jack kept talking, "It probably made this dog want to help you, and as a result I am now eating his leg. It probably survived this long by hiding from the demons and eating dead humans, but now it's gonna suffer and die, because of you. Damn, I love my job!"

Jack took another bite out of the animal leg and said, "This is even funnier when you know that, I don't even like dog meat, the fur tastes terrible, raw meat is just mediocre and I don't even need to eat to survive, so if you think about it, a death like this doesn't benefit anyone, making it absolutely pointless. Well, there is a benefit to me, torturing and eating a living dog, will make whoever is aware that I'm doing this very upset and that's always fun to do."

After swallowing the dog's leg whole, bone and all, Jack said, "By the way, how come you didn't kill those wolves?" Guardian 121 didn't even move when Jack asked about it. The weird demon tore another leg off the dog, this time not burning the wound closed and said, "Because they're killers too, they killed a deer right in front of you. You'd think that being the good girl that you are, you wouldn't stand for any kind of violence, but it seems you are only fine with killing demons, so the question then becomes, why only kill demons, if we're not the only ones going around killing things?"

Jack took a bite out of the dog leg, before tossing the two legged, barely alive dog away and said, "You are a terrible person, only killing demons, because of their race. What is wrong with you?!"

The demon sighed as it said, "I suppose it's because we are the ultimate evil, we exist to cause death and misery all around. Do you ever wonder about why we're like that? There's nothing forcing us to do the things that we do, we just do it because we enjoy it. That said, can you really judge us? How do we live if we can't do anything we enjoy? It's an eternity of misery, it's not fun for us to play football or watch a movie, the only thing a demon can enjoy is causing pain to someone else."

Turning a quick glance at guardian 121, Jack said, "You know... This conversation would be a lot more productive if it wasn't a monologue. So, how come you don't talk? Did your creator not give you vocal chords or something? Cause that's kind of a dick move, the dude could give you all kinds of cool characteristics, yet he gives you a disability. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever seen any guardian speak, I usually assumed that they don't get the chance, because I kill them so fast."

Guardian 121 started struggling inside the body bag again with no result. Jack continued talking, "You know, there's a reason I'm dragging you to Moscow right now." Guardian 121 was able to sense rising amount of anger in this evil creature's voice as it said, "I'm a puppet, a slave to a higher power that I don't get to resist, just like you and everyone else in this world."

Jack continued dragging the body bag, every once in a while taking a bite out of the dog's leg. The demon became more cheerful as it said, "By the way, some of those flying assholes have been reporting that guardians have been seen in America. Isn't that awesome? It means someone was just as brave as you. I do have to wonder why none of them are coming to Moscow though, perhaps they aren't so brave after all."

After swallowing the dog's leg, the demon switched the subject again, "So I told you that I'm dragging you to Moscow, maybe you're confused about that, like why a demon would be taking its enemy to the place where she can do the most damage?" It didn't continue that thought and instead pulled out one of the axes on its back saying, "Did you know you apply more force when you hold your sword in both hands? I have two axes meant for dual wielding, it's bullshit, dual wielding is impractical, especially with axes, you're basically fighting at half power, especially considering how physically weak I am compared to other demons, close combat for me is practically suicide. Whoever designed me is an either an idiot, or they just hate me, but you know, fuck'em."

After walking for a few hours, Jack suddenly started talking again saying "Oh right! I forgot to ask... Oh right, you can't tell me, if you know about the death knight. I guess I'll tell you just in case. The biggest demon in Moscow, the guardian of the portal, you know the portal that you want to close. That asshole will be your biggest problem, he's probably stronger than you, and if your current situation is any indication, he's about as smart as you. There are many other demons in the city, so your work is cut out for you. In all honesty, if you managed to get out of this situation alive and succeed in your mission, that would be just ridiculous."

Jack sent a stream of fire at a nearby tree, killing a bird and setting its nest on fire. Jack looked at its hand and said to guardian 121, "You... You've been consuming demonic energy for a while now, right? Makes you wonder if there are any side effects of doing that. Like, we demons are directly influenced by the energy that flows through us, it makes us want to kill, it makes us enjoy it, it makes it the only thing that we enjoy, but that's not how you are, I wonder how long you can remain yourself."

It went on talking about various subjects, dragging guardian 121 to her destination, presumably to have her tortured and killed by whoever is in charge of the demons invading earth.
