The Cheshire Cat(All Might x OC)

Chapter 21

Elvira walked to the other end of the building and leaned against the wall. She looked around to make sure she was alone.

She pulled out her phone and took pictures of each isle. She sent them to All Might.

He got the pictures a few seconds later.

Elvira turns around and looks up and down the brick wall.

Up above was a room with windows. She walks to the corner and walks up the stairs. The door was locked.

Elvira speaks over the ledge into the window, but the blinds were shut partially. She got her phone again and took pictures of the inside and looked at them.

There was a dark red wood desk with nothing on it but a small lamp. Nothing else was in there. The walls had scratches all over them though.

Elvira turns off her phone and looks around. She walks back down and looks up and down the aisles.

Her phone buzzed. It was All Might.

"Hide"

She lut her phone away and became invisible. She starts walking towards the door that she entered through.

A slight sound of metal creaking could be heard. It was the man with long brown hair and vest.

He shut the door behind him and locked it. He walked to the other end and went into the bare room.

Elvira went to the bare room door and peeked in through the blinds. He sat down on the desk and pulled something out of his pocket. It was a piece of paper. Something was written on it, but it was too far away. The next few minutes were him just staring at it.

Elvira got bored and went back to the entrance. She tries turning the knob slowly, but it went halfway and stopped.

So, it was definitely locked.

She turns around and looks up at the room.

She sits at the end of an idle and grabs her phone.

"I'm locked in. What should I do?" Elvira texts All Might.

"Are you able to get him to come out and grab the keys?"

"Smart, brb," Elvira puts her phone away and goes to the door.

She peeks in through the window. He was sitting on the floor with his back to the window. Elvira puts her claws on the wall under the window and starts tapping. She made sure that she was invisible first. Cause that would be bad.

The man turns to look at the door and waits.

She keeps tapping. Like an animal in the wall.

He stands and unlocks three locks and opens the door. Elvira takes a step back. As to not get hit by the door.

The keys were on the desk.

Elvira taps further down the wall to get him to go farther, but he doesn't. He turns around and shuts the door.

Elvira walks to one of the isles and breaks a shelf to where some boxes fell onto the floor. A few things fell out of the boxes that caught her eye.

A red and black checkered sunglasses, a black beanie that says extreme in bright blue, a gold bracelet with a hot pink gem, and a ring with a dark green lizard on it.

She picked them all up and shoved them into her belt pockets. The beanie was too big so she put it under her jacket.

The man came running around the corner. He stopped and sighed when he saw the damage.

Elvira walks back up to the desk and grabs the keys. She walks down to the entrance door slowly while she thinks.

Five keys later, the door unlocks and opens. She walks out and sets the keys next to the door on the inside. The door closes by itself.

Elvira walks back to the cafe. No care in the world if she was invisible or not.

All Might had ordered some coffee and was on his phone and glancing up every minute or so, obviously anxious.

Elvira opens the glass door and walks over to him and lays on the booth. He sat there like he didn't see her at all.

Things started appearing on the table. All Might had no idea what they were or why they were there in the first place.

"Uh, Cheshire Cat?" He asks.

A peace sign flips up from the end of the table.

"Did you just now get back?"

She sits up and nods. She leans against the backrest of the booth.

She grabs her phone and explains.

"Those things. They came out of a box that I pulled off a shelf."

"Why did you grab them?" All Might looks at each of them.

"They're my friends'. The sunglasses, Quin Iver, the beanie, Tyler Torenz, the bracelet, Bella Adair, and the ring, Maya Verbeck. They all went missing," Elvira grabs the sunglasses and cleans them off.

"Oh" All Might looks at her.

Elvira pulls up a picture of them all. She puts a finger on her own face and shows All Might.

"You all look nice together," All Might smiles.

"Yeah" Elvira says with a quiet voice as she smiles too.

"Uh" All Might starts, but stops as she obviously didn't catch it.

"But uh, might in suggest leaving now. I think we should go to the police station tomorrow," All Might says as he stands up.

Elvira nods and grabs the objects.

All Might holds the for her and they walk back to their own places, splitting up halfway.
