"W-What?" I stuttered, my heart dropping to my feet.

"She's gone. My baby girl is gone!" Liz yelled, sobbing and falling to the ground. John just stood there, his eyes filling up with tears that were threatening to spill.

"Police have been search for her for weeks but have come back empty handed each time. We've tried everything to get out girl back, but nothing's worked. She's gone" he told me, wiping away the stray tear that escaped. I could feel the lump in my throat that was stopping me from forming words. My eyes were full and I was desperately trying not to break down infront of them.

"I'm so sorry" I whispered, my voice practically giving up on me. Johns eyes softened, before he gently closed the door.

I turned around, but my legs wouldn't move forward. She was gone. All this time I thought that she was just being a shit friend, ignoring me as some sort of payback, and I was so caught up in my own stuff that I didn't even think that she could be in danger. How stupid can I get!

My legs slowly moved forward, and I silently climbed into his car, staring forward and sitting motionless.

"What happened?" Caleb asked, and that was when I couldn't hold it in any longer. I broke down in sobs. My best friend was gone. I was never going to see her again. The tears kept on flowing and I was finding it hard to breathe. I couldn't even notice my surroundings, and barely felt his hand lifting my up and bringing me into his chest. I nuzzled my face into his neck, unable to stop the tears. He was stroking my hair and whispering little things to me, half of which I didn't even hear.

"She's gone! She's gone and I didn't even get to say goodbye!" I yelled, the tears just getting worse. He turned me around so I was straddling him and my head was on his chest. He rubbed my back, not saying anything, just letting me cry for the moment. I knew I wouldn't even be able to form words if I tried to.

"Shhhhh. It's okay. You're okay. Let it out" he whispered in my ear and I cried against his chest, soaking his shirt. I tried to stop, but I coudln't, no matter how hard I tried.

Magnolia's POV

"Let me go you freak!" I yelled, thrashing my arms around. His grip on my legs didn't loosen, if anything they just tightened.

"Shut up! I'm trying to be nice but you're making it really difficult you know!" He yelled back. I didn't even know this dudes name!

"Please. Please I'll do anything. I won't tell. I swear. Just- just let me go!" I cried, making him sigh and drop me onto the bed. He grabbed the handcuffs that were next to it, and cuffed my wrist to the headboard.

"I can't let you go princess. I'd miss you too much" he whispered, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

"Why do you care about me s-so much? I don't even know you" I whispered, desperately trying to get away from him.

"Let me introduce myself then. I'm Michael"
