Night
RMKhushi entered the bedroom with a sense of purpose, successfully diverting Arnav's attention away from his laptop.
"Arnav, what's with you? We just indulged in ice cream," he observed, noting the half-eaten Cadbury in her hand.
Khushi nonchalantly shrugged, chocolate smudged across her lips. "So? I was craving it!"
Amused, Arnav beckoned her over. "Come here, you crazy woman," he said, grabbing a tissue from the coffee table.
Sighing, Khushi joined him on his lap. He couldn't help but smile; she seemed to be riding a wave of heightened emotions. Arnav reached for the tissue, but she turned away.
"Why waste the tissue paper when you have your mouth to wipe the chocolate off?" she quipped. Her right hand slid to the back of his neck, gently gripping his hair, while the other caressed his jaw sensually. "Kiss me," she whispered, initiating a soulful, passionate kiss that quickly escalated.
Arnav reluctantly broke the kiss. "Wait, wait, wait... Not tonight. I have a presentation due tomorrow," he apologized, looking at her apologetically.
Her expressions shifted from shock to suspicion, sadness, and finally anger. "What were you doing all evening when you came back early from the office?" she demanded in a cold voice, eyes ready to unleash fire.
Arnav explained, "I came home early because my clients from France are coming a day earlier. The meeting got rescheduled. I just found out on our way back from the ice cream parlor. Khushi, you know how much you mean to me. I wanted to spend time with you, but now I have to finish this presentation for Aman to present on behalf of ARD tomorrow."
"Okay," Khushi muttered, her phone interrupting the moment. "What?" she snapped, then sighed, "Yeah, coming." Rolling her eyes, she disconnected the call. "Lucky you, I'm leaving," she muttered, getting up from his lap.
Arnav "Seriously? Are you leaving the bedroom? Khushi come on."
Khushi turned around " I'm not leaving our bedroom. I'm going to spend the night with Di and Lav. It's high time you understand that even if we get on that point in any of our arguments where leaving the room would be the best option, it's gonna be you who would sleep in the guest room not me." She smiled. "Now work on thing." She rolled her eyes and went inside the walk in-closet to change.
Arnav stared at her disappearing figure confused.
Within minutes he saw his wife coming out dressed in black silk pyjamas. She walked towards the dressing in order to complete her night routine.
"Are you mad at me?" He asked unsure. She saw him staring her through the mirror.
"Have you done something to make me mad? Cause then I am. If you haven't then I'm not. Have you?" She asked perfectly in a good mood.
Arnav "I guess I haven't then." he was cut in between.
Khushi "Then I am not." She shrugged casually combing her hair then got up and left the room with her phone in her hand only to come back in a minute startling him "Goodnight." She gave him a quick night's kiss. "I hope you don't get to sleep in peace today."

Lavanya came out of her room dressed in her pyjamas only to bump into a hard chest. It wasn't hard to make out who she bumped into. "Oops. Sorry." She replied to a surprised NK.
NK "Wait you're talking to me?" He frowned. "Aren't you like mad?"
Lavanya "Why would I be?" She crossed her arms.
