SERIOUSLY?!

Luke's P.O.V-

*3 days later*

I woke up and felt the bed was empty. Maddie was gone.

I walk downstairs and find Calum's still asleep on my sofa as I remembered that he came over. He snores loudly as I go to the kitchen and made myself some toast.

"CAL PAL GET UP"

"I'm up" He groans and rolls off the sofa.

"Good. I made you toast" I hand him a plate and he smiles.

"Hows Maddie?"

"I don't know. She's not home"

"We have a date for our wedding"

"WHAT? OH MY GOD"

"Yes. February the 14th"

"That's amazing! Valentine's day, how romantic. Congratulations!"

"Thanks Luke. Now. Luke, we've been friends for over 10 years and you've been there through out everything. Will you be my best man?"

"Yes! Yes I will" As soon as I said it, his face lights up and I give him a hug.

"Thank you. I was scared you wouldn't do it"

"Of course I will! You're my best friend" He had tears in his eyes.

"I know"

"Why are crying?"

"I'm so excited. I never thought it'd be so soon" He smiles and we finish our breakfast.

I walk to my mum's coffee shop and buy myself a hot chocolate while spotting my mum.

"Hey Luke"

"Is it hi or hey mum?"

"Hello Luke" She sighs.

"Calum's got a date for the wedding"

"Ohh! Am I going?"

"Yes mother. Calum loves you remember?"

"Yes" She winks and I walk out of the shop and go home.

I see Maddie's car parked outside and I speed up.

I walk in and see her, cleaning the floor. She sees me and weakly smiles.

"What happened?"

"I'm just a bit tired"

"Where did you go?"

"Shopping. I bought a dress"

"Oh right"

"Why was Calum here?" She sighs and puts the sponge down.

"He came in last night and I let him stay over. He went out with Ashton"

"Anna was worried all night"

"Just text her then"

"Luke, it's not my relationship"

"Then why did you bring it up"

"She's my friend Luke! I want to make sure she's not going to be hurt by Calum before she marries him" Her voice begins to raise.

"Mads, as you said it's not our fight and Calum's not like that"

"He didn't meet anyone did he?" She says.

"Of course not! Maddie he loves Anna" I raise my voice a bit.

"Then why didn't he tell her he was coming over?"

"Because he didn't want to stress her out"

"Sure" She says under her breathe.

"I've known him for almost 10 years! He's like that, I know my best friend"

"I know when mine's hurt. Just tell Calum that next time, he should tell her"

"Maybe Anna shouldn't worry so much"

"SERIOUSLY?"

"Yeah"

"So you think it's fine if you just randomly go to a club without telling your girlfriend? Because if you did that to me, I would be angry"

"Maybe she should trust him"

"Oh now I've heard it all"

"Maddie, chill out it's not our relationship"

"No I won't chill out. If it was you, I'd be so scare" She gets her bucket of water and takes it outside. She sighs and comes back in to begin to make our dinner.

"Did we just fight over Calum and Anna?"

"No, we fought over your inconsiderate opinion'"

"Mad, my opinion isn't inconsiderate"

"Yeah sure"

"You think it's wrong that I think she should trust him?"

"She does trust him just not when he fucking leaves without telling her and then doesn't come home"

"Bringing out the swear words. Wow I better sit down" I joke and sit on a chair.

"Why are to being an idiot?"

LI'm not! You won't take my point seriously"

"It's stupid that's why! God you're irritating" She storms out and sits in the sofa.

"I can't believe you actually think I'm stupid because of this" I say while sitting next to her.

"I'm just saying"

"The pun, our ep has that song on it"

"Stop" She sulks and I laugh.

"Seriously? You're arguing because I'm having a laugh? Someone's in a bad mood"

"Patronising me. Really? Who are you and what happened to my boyfriend?" She says while glaring.

"Right here, for fuck sake"

"Then why the fuck are you doing this? Why are you making me so upset?"

"Because I have an opinion and I feel strongly about it. What about you?"

"I'm here telling exactly how I feel and you're actually like it doesn't mean anything to you"

"Half of what you're saying is bullshit that's why!"

"You're such a dick" She lets a few tears and storms out to our room. I begin to realise how rude I was and I follow her to our room.

"Mads?"

"Fuck off"

"I'm sorry okay"

"Fuck off" I let out a sigh and walk off to the living room. I sit on the Sofa and think about what I said. How could I be so cruel?
