Luke's P.O.V-

I walk downstairs to find Maddie looking down at her engagement ring. She plays with it before I hug her for behind.

"You're so adorable Hemmings" She says while turning around and kissing my neck.

"Stop that, it's my favourite. We are going on a walk today because I'm bored and it'll be fun"

"Will it?! This means I have to get ready and-"

"Stop complaining and just fucking go" I laugh and she grunts.

I walk up stairs and get changed myself when Maddie walks in wearing my little jumper which comes to her knees with a pair of skinny jeans.

"You look great" I say kissing her cheek gently.

"Thanks. Now, let's go"

"Have you seen my hair?"

"Stop being picky" She picks up a hat and puts it in my hair, tucking my hair in my hat.

"Thank you" I kiss her making her stop.

"You're gross" She smiles and I laughs

"No, I'm hot" I say while sliding on some sunglasses.

"I love it when you wear snapbacks"

"Me too" I play with my hat and she laugh. I grab her hand and we walk outside.

We slowly make our way onto the street and I walk behind her, grabbing her waist and lifting her.

"LUKE" She squeals and I laugh.

"Okay.. Okay" I put her down and we continue our walk. We come across a nice field where I take her and we sit down.

We sit on the grass and just talk about everything. It was good to finally have the courage to talk about these things with her.

"So you want children right mads?"

"Course, you do, don't you?"

"Yeah. I can't wait to become a dad"

"Don't say that, it's weird"

"Luke Hemmings aka dad soon"

"STOP! That requires me being a mum"

"Well no. I could ask anyone to be my child's mum-"

"You don't want kids with me?" She actually looked like she thought I didn't which made me feel bad.

"Oh god that sounded wrong. When the time comes, you will be the mother to my child and if not, I'll cry myself to sleep" I kiss her cheek.

"I hate talking about the future"

"Why?"

"It's weird. I've been dreaming about meeting the right man for nearly 19 years and it's finally happened. I'm scared something will go wrong and it frightens me"

"Listen, whatever happens will be when we are both ready"

"Thanks Luke"

"Ice cream?"

"Yes, I thought you'd never ask" She says and we run over to the ice cream shop and I buy ice cream. We mix them both and share.

After a long day, we walk to our house and just relax for the rest of the day. I seriously loved lazy days like this, especially with my fiancé.
