(Danis pov)
You know that moment when you feel like you're on top of the world and nothing can ruin your happiness. Thats how I feel right now. Seeing Santana in my arms right now made me feel happy...loved. I kissed the top of her head until I saw her stir around my arms
"Good morning love" she smiled
"Morning" she said in a raspy voice getting closer to me
"You are still as soft as a teddy bear" I heard her mumble, "the softest" i started playing with strands of her hair while she kept on mumbling "teddy bear" and "so soft", she honestly looked like a puppy
"Babe don't go back to sleep I have to get up" she mumbled something that I didn't quite hear since her head was buried in my chest
"Ten more minutes" she mumbled "Fine ten more minutes" Ten minutes turned into two hours and two hours turned into the afternoon
"What's the plan for today?" I looked at her amused, we've been in bed the whole day
"Let's bake a cake if you know how to bake one... wait do you?" I looked at her and she just giggled "yes I do, I think every women knows how to bake a cake I mean it comes with instructions" she pointed out
"Not me" I said, and she gasped "LETS BAKE A CAKE" she untangled herself from me and before I knew it we were downstairs setting everything up for the cake
"So 3 eggs. and Oil where's the oil?" I pointed at the oil which was behind a box of Froot loops
"okay what else um water 1 and 3/4 of water okay" she scrunched her eyebrows and had her tongue out, so cute
"Dani" Oh yeah the water.
"Here's the water" she added it with the in the bowl "okay now to dumb this" after she put the powder cake on the bowl she starting batting it. I wrapped my arms around her waist while she was doing that
"You look so cute right now" I saw her smile "Stooop" she whined. Once she was done putting the cake in the oven we both went to the living room.
"Oh shit...I forgot about that"
"About what?" I asked Santana. she was laying on my lap "Lauren and I were supposed to hang out today" I chuckled right 'hang out'
"And?" She slapped my arm playfully "what do you mean and? She's my friend I can't ditch a friend"
"But you're ditching your girlfriend" I said making my eyes widen at what just came out of my mouth
"First of all I'm not your girlfriend. Second of all I get that you want to be around me twenty four seven but just stop" I frowned. She got off my lap and sat next to me
"Fine. You can go I just wanted to spend these last two days with you with you until you leave and the next time I'll probably see you is in a month. I'm sorry for missing you Santana just go then" I tried so hard not to cry. I can't believe she rather spend the day with Lauren than me. I mean she is going to be with her the whole time during school
"I know Dani I'm sorry. I'll text Lauren and say I can't make it. I rather hang out with you because you're cuddly just like a teddy bear" she smirked
"Can you stop saying that" I huffed. she laid on my lap again "sorry marshmallow" I groaned "What? You said it yourself yesterday if I may recall" She pinched my cheeks "stop" I slapped her arm away
"So you really want me to be your girlfriend. Damn Dani you're moving fast" I blushed "I'm not it just came out okay"
"So you don't want me to be your girlfriend?" Why is this so confusing? Just say it Dani. Say it.
