"Did you, well... did I... am I a good kisser?" Rayvon blurted out.
They were still sitting next to each other on the bed.
Luka fiddled with his fingers.
"I don't know, I've never kissed anyone before."
"Oh right, yeah of course." The half vampire was cringing at his stupid question.
"But you probably are" Luka added, seeing his flushed cheeks.
Rayvon watched him, wondering why he just shared his fist kiss with his best friend, another guy.
He couldn't help to shake the feeling that kissing him felt right, but he didn't want to make the situation any more awkward and decided to change the subject.
He snatched Luka's homework out of his hand.
"Hey!" The kid chuckled.
Rayvon jumped back when he tried to grab it and ran to the door.
Luka ran after him with a big grin on his face.
As Rayvon pulled the door open, he jogged down the corridor and turned to see his friend chasing after him.
But when he turned back around, he crashed into something.
The kid stumbled back and looked up to see Vinny, standing with his arms crossed and a frown on his face.
"Where are you going?" He questioned.
"Nowhere" Rayvon mumbled as Luka stopped by his side and took back his homework.
"You're supposed to be in your room."
"Well, I wasn't."
Vinny almost had to bite his tongue but he came to talk to his son so that's what he'll do.
"Luka, would you mind giving us a moment to speak alone?" He asked kindly.
"Oh, of course not" He smiled and looked at Rayvon.
Flashes of the kiss invaded their minds as he blushed and Rayvon cleared his throat, also trying to hold back his blush.
Vinny narrowed his eyes at such awkwardness.
Luka then turned and walked back to his room as Rayvon stared at the ground.
"Right, come on you" Vinny sighed and took hold of his shoulder.
He turned him and guided him to his own bedroom.
Rayvon had no choice but to enter as they walked up to his bed.
They sat down as Vinny cleared his mind of any anger.
"So, what's up with you at the minute?"
"Nothing" Rayvon muttered.
"This attitude, where has it come from?"
"I've not got an attitude" Rayvon scowled, proving his dad right and he knew it.
"Son, there's no need to talk to me like that."
The boy looked at his lap, he knew there was no point in being moody with his dad.
He sighed, not liking this conversation. He hated being on bad terms with his parents.
"I'm sorry."
Vinny watched his big green eyes.
"For what?"
Rayvon let out another sigh.
