TMNT 2012: A Lightning Bolt

Chapter 6: A Whack In The Head

                                Mikey and his brothers got to the lair. "Can we really trust her?" Raph asked. "Well, she seems fine and she knows a lot about the kraang. Maybe I look her up and see what I can find about her." Donnie said. "How, we don't even know her real name. I am pretty sure Bolt isn't her real name. and we don't even know what she looks like because of her mask!" Leo said. "I guess you're right. But maybe she goes to April's school! Then, I could look all the ID for girl's her age with the same eye color, skin and hair, but even then it's still a long shot." Donnie said. "Well, I think we just need to give her time! I trust her!" Mikey said. "You trust anyone who comes by Mikey!" Raph said. "Nuh, uh! Name one!" Mikey replied. "Chris Bradford who turned out to be evil and kidnapped you just to lure us into a trap!" Raph snapped back. "Oh....right..." Mikey said sadly.

                                The next morning, Crystal woke up and started packing for school. She just finished eating breakfast and was packing for school. She heard Bolt and her's secret knock at the window. Crystal swiped her curled brownish-blackish hair with a teal stripe going through off of her face and went towards the window. She saw Bolt in her mask wearing her fighting outfit. "What are you doing here? You know that I don't have school on Friday next week right? And why are you in your fighting clothes? Going to see the kraang again?" Crystal asked. "I know you have to go to school but I needed to tell you something." Bolt said. "What is it? What happened last night? Did you get home in time?" "No but that was okay because well, guess who I met last night?"  "Um.....I don't know who?"  "The turtles!" "What?! That's awesome! So what happened?" "Well, I was being chased by the kraang but then they started chasing me. Then the rain made me lose control but I blasted the kraang. The turtles came to my house and I told them about kraang's plans and they saw the picture of them on my camera. Raph got mad and I told them that it wasn't a big deal. I told him that I only showed you and that they can trust you. Then they left." "Wait, who's Raph?" "Raph is the red masked turtles. Donnie is the purple one, Leo is the blue one and Mikey is the orange one." "Oh, okay. So they trust you?" "Um.....well.....no.... But Leo said that we'll talk about the kraang later." "Well, at least you wan't have to spy on them anymore!" "Oh, well maybe you can meet them tonight." "Are you sure maybe you should get them to trust you first then have them meet me." "True. I'll still see you after school okay?" "Of course, Bye Bolt!" Crystal said as Bolt left. Crystal went off to school. She was stuck in her boring classes that felt like forever. Finally 1st period ended. She had a few minutes to get to her locker then go to Science. When Crystal was on her way to her locker, she saw a black disc going straight at her. She tried to dodge it but it was to late. She got hit right on her forehead. Crystal fell and dropped all of her things from her class from before. All of her homework and notes were everywhere. "Casey! You hit her right in the head! Don't just stand there! Help her up!" A girl Crystal couldn't see said. Crystal noticed the thing that hit her was a puck and it was on the ground next to her. She picked it up. She saw a hand come into her view. She looked up to see it was a boy with a black bandana wrapped around his forehead and he was missing 2 to 4 of his front teeth. Crystal took his hand and he helped her up. "I believe this is yours?" Crystal said handing him the puck. "Sorry about that, I was just testin' my hockey stick you know?" He said showing her his hockey stick. A girl with red hair came up with all of  Crystal's notes and homework in her hand and handed it to her. "Sorry about that. Casey can be a jerk sometimes." The girl said jokingly. "I'm right here!" Casey said. "I'm April." April said ignoring Casey. "I'm Crystal. Does it look bad?" Crystal asked. "No, unless you think a big red bump on your forehead is bad." April said. "Oh great." Crystal said. "Do you need to go to the nurse or somethin'? Hope you're not mad." Casey asked. "I'm not mad and I don't need to go to the nurse. No hard feelings, I'll live." Crystal said. "See red? She's fine." Casey said and then left. April waved goodbye and left with him. Crystal touched her head and there was a bump. Not a big one, and it didn't hurt bad so she put the whole thing behind her and walked to class.
