TMNT 2012: A Lightning Bolt

Chapter 5: More Explanation

                        "So, if you don't mind me asking....where's your family?" Leo asked. Bolt gave him a evil glare. "Now that is NONE of your concern!" She said. "So, you're living here alone? Son't you have anybody else? Do you have a friend?" Mikey asked. "I have a friend. Maybe you can meet her sometime." Bolt said. "Well, I think it's time we leave." Raph said accidentally pumping into Bolt on his way out the door. A camera fell out of Bolt's pocket. The camera turned on and showed a picture of the turtles in TCRI. The turtles saw the picture. Raph grabbed the camera and pushed Bolt against the wall. "You've been spying on us!?" He screamed. "Raph! Calm down bro!" Mikey said. "Of course I have been spying on you guys! You have been spending loads of time at TCRI I just had to know why. I bring my camera with me everywhere and I took a few pictures. I mean, it was giant ninja turtles after all! It's not that big of a deal, I didn't post it anywhere and I only showed it to my friend." Bolt said. "Who's your friend then?" Raph asked. "I'm not telling you! You'll just go find her and beat her up or something! I promise, you can trust her!" Bolt said. "How can we trust her when we don't even trust you?" Raph said dropping the camera and leaving. "We can talk later about the kraang okay?" Leo said. "Um...yeah...sure." Bolt replied. Donnie and Leo left also. Mikey picked up Bolt's camera and handed it to her. Bolt took her camera from Mikey and set it on her bed. "Thanks." "No problem. You sure you'll be okay here? What if the kraang find you here?" "The won't." "But what if they do? Aren't you scared?" "Mikey, there isn't a day that goes by that I'm not scared. It's just how you face the fear." Bolt said. Mikey smiled. "Do you wanna take a picture?" Mikey asked. "Uh, yeah sure." Bolt replied. Bolt grabbed the camera and Mikey and Bolt put their heads close enough together to get in the shot. CLICK The picture on the camera showed Mikey and Bolt. Mikey was smiling and it was hard to tell if Bolt was smiling because of her mask she wore. 'Wow, I never noticed her beautiful blue eyes until now...' Mikey thought. "Uh... I better get going now." Mikey said. Bolt waved goodbye and Mikey went back to the lair with his brothers.
