Chapter 16: Stupid Romance

        Bolt, Mikey, and Crystal walked to Crystal's bag. "So, what's my surprise?" Bolt asked. "Open it!" Crystal said excitedly. Bolt sat down and grabbed Crystal's bag. She slowly undid the zipper. She opened the bag to see everything she had in the warehouse that she called home. All of her clothes, blankets, everything. Bolt jumped up and hugged Crystal! "Oh, thank you!" Bolt said. "No problem! I thought you would want these. Plus, I thought it would make up for me not being here yesterday like I said I would." Crystal said. "It's cool. How did you fir all of my stuff in that bag?" Bolt asked. "It took forever! I finally managed to zip it up after 5 minutes pushing all the stuff down!" Crystal said. "Hey Mikey, can you throw the bag over by the couch? I'm going to change out of these clothes and come back." Bolt said after grabbing some new clothes out of the bag. "Sure, no problem." Mikey said grabbing the bag and heading towards the couch. Crystal followed Mikey. After a few minutes, Bolt came out wearing a pair of light blue jeans, and a black T-shirt, her mask, her leather jacket, her finger less gloves, and her purple beanie. Mikey frowned. "Still not gonna take off your mask?" Mikey asked. "Nope." Bolt said jumping onto the couch between Mikey and Crystal.  Bolt noticed Raph, Donnie, and Leo whispering to each other. She even heard Leo say her name. "Hey guys, come over here." Bolt invited them. Leo, Raph, and Donnie came over. "What?" Leo asked. "Come sit down with us. We're about to watch a movie. You can help us decide which one!" Bolt said. Leo's face lit up. "Let's watch Space Heroes The Movie!" Leo said excitedly. "Alright! Put it in." Bolt said handing Leo the movie. Leo put the movie into the DVD player. Leo sat between Bolt and Crystal, and Donnie sat next to Crystal. Raph went to make popcorn. When Raph came back he sat next to Mikey. Halfway through the movie Bolt kept dowsing off but quickly woke up again. Finally, she fell asleep on Leo's shoulder.  "What's up with her?" Raph asked. "She doesn't sleep well. Plus she had that nightmare so she's probably tired." Crystal said. Leo blushed. "Did she have to fall asleep on my shoulder?" Leo asked. Mikey frowned, got up and left. "I'll go see what's up with him." Raph said. Raph got up and followed Mikey. "Ugh, I hate these space movies." Crystal said. "Hey, I was about to go to my lab. Wanna come with?" Donnie asked. "Sure!" Crystal agreed. Donnie and Crystal went to Donnie's lab. Now, Leo and Bolt was left to watch the movie.....well at least Leo was. Bolt shook her head from her dream. Leo nudged her. Bolt woke up. "You okay?" Leo asked. "Huh, yeah, just was starting to have a nightmare. Thanks for waking me before it got worse." Bolt said. "What's your nightmares about?" Leo asked. "Changes every time. Usually about the kraang though." Bolt replied. "Why the kraang?" Leo asked. "Not sure but every time I have a nightmare, they're there." Bolt said rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. "You aren't scared of them are you?" Leo asked. "No. A army of them yes. It's just scary you know? a lot of things have happened this past few days and it's just going too fast. I just wish I knew sooner." Bolt said. "It's okay, Bolt. I won't let them get you!" Leo said hugging Bolt. Bolt blushed and hugged back. Now both of them were blushing. When they let go of the hug, Bolt smiled at Leo, and Leo smiled back.

                2 MINUTES EARLIER:

Mikey saw Bolt dowsing off and fall asleep on Leo's shoulder. 'I thought she only did that to me.... Doesn't she like me.....?' Mikey thought. Mikey frowned and left the room. A few seconds later Raph came up to Mikey. "You okay man?" Raph asked. "Yeah, just great!" Mikey said angrily. "Dude, what up?" Raph asked. "Nothing, you'd just make fun of me!" Mikey said. "Probably, but I promise I won't this time." Raph said. "Promise?" Mikey said making sure. "Promise." Raph said. "Well, I kinda have a.......crush......on Bolt...... We have been spending a lot of time together and she has been talking to me about certain stuff and I thought she liked me back.... But she is sleeping on Leo's shoulder so that means she likes him right?" Mikey asked. "Dude, you like Bolt!? That is hila......*cough*  I mean....it's cool that you have a crush on her but just because she fell asleep on Leo's shoulder doesn't mean anything! And if you like her that much maybe you should ask her out." Raph said almost laughing at him in the beginning. "Hmm....maybe I should. Thanks Raph!" Mikey said hugging is brother. "Anytime bro..... but no hugs." Raph said pushing his brother back. Mikey walked back to the couch when he saw Leo and Bolt hugging. Mikey's heart broke a little bit. When Leo and Bolt stopped hugging he saw both of them blushing. Then, they smiled at each other. Mikey's heart broke even more. Mikey ran into the sewers almost crying. Bolt saw Mikey run into the sewers. "Mikey?" Bolt said seeing Mikey run out of the sewers. "Come on, let's go after him." Leo said. Raph ran up and the three of them went after Mikey.

        "So, this is mutagen huh?" Crystal asked Donnie staring at the mutagen canister. "Yup." Donnie said. "So this is the thing that turned you from a tiny turtle to a giant talking ninja one?" Crystal asked. "Giant talking yes. Ninja no. Master Splinter taught us to be ninjas not the mutagen." Donnie said. "Oh, right." Crystal said. Donnie was paying attention to his lab work and his test tubes. Crystal wanted to tell Donnie how she felt. How she felt about him. She finally got the courage to tell him. "Donnie......maybe do you wanna......um....maybe we should.....can I ask you too....." Crystal stuttered and couldn't find the words. Donnie took off his goggles and turned around to Crystal. His full attention was on her now. "Yes?" Donnie asked. "Do you wanna go sometime?!" Crystal said really quickly and nervously. Donnie blinked. "I....I'm sorry but I kinda have feelings for someone else...." Donnie said. "Oh...." Crystal said sadly. "I'm sorry..." Donnie said. "No, it's alright. I'm fine, really." Crystal said leaving the room almost crying. But when she left the room, she let the tears slip out.

        Leo, Bolt and Raph walked into the sewers and came across two tunnels. "Raph, you go on the one to the left and me and Bolt will go on the one on the right." Leo said. "Whatever." Raph said walking towards the one on the left. Leo and Bolt walked into the one on the right. After a minute or two of looking Leo stopped. "Hey, you okay?" Bolt asked. "Hey, maybe after this kraang thing, maybe do you wanna go out.....on a...date...." Leo asked. Bolt stopped and was a bit shocked that he asked that. Bolt didn't know what to say. Yes or no? "Well....I don't know...." Bolt said. Leo looked a little upset. "Let me decide later alright? Like I said before a lot of stuff has been happening and I can't think very straight. Let's go find Mikey first and I will tell you when I decided." Bolt said to Leo. Leo smiled. "Deal." Both Leo's and Bolt's T-phone rang. It was a text from Raph saying he found Mikey. Mikey said he was just out for a walk. Bolt and Leo walked back to the entry of the two tunnels. They found Mikey and Raph standing there. "Hey Bolt, can I talk to you?" Mikey said. "Yeah sure. Hey guys, Mikey and I will see you at the lair." Bolt said. "Alright, Bye!" Leo and Raph said leaving towards the lair. "What is it Mikey?" Bolt asked. Mikey kissed Bolt on the cheek. "I like you....." He said. Mikey hoped that telling Bolt how he felt now would have Bolt go out with Mikey. Bolt blushed. "Will you go out with me?" Mikey asked. Bolt just stood there. Leo AND Mikey asked her out...... "Um....let me think about it." Bolt said. Mikey nodded and Bolt walked to the lair.

        Bolt ran past Leo and Raph and reaching the lair first. Bolt saw Crystal. "Crystal, can I please stay at your house tonight. I'm kinda having guy trouble." Bolt said. "Say no more! Of course your allowed to come!" Crystal said. Bolt saw that Crystal's eyes were red. "You okay?" Bolt asked. "I'll tell you later...." Crystal said. Bolt grabbed her stuff and Bolt and Crystal were walking out of the lair. "Where are you two going?" Raph said as Leo and Mikey and Raph came in. "Bolt is staying the night at my place. I will be there to watch over her so you won't have to worry about it." Crystal said. "That'll be alright right?" Bolt asked. "I guess so." Leo shrugged. "Alright bye guys!" Bolt said while Crystal and Bolt got out of the lair as fast as they could.

Author's Note: This chapter was kinda painful to write since I had to write that Mikey almost cried and his heart was broken. :*( But it had to be done! Anyway, I might make the chapter tomorrow? Maybe on Christmas? Truthfully I don't know when the next chapter will be out but latest it will be on Friday. Hope you enjoyed, and have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!
