CHAPTER 21

I AM LOSING MY MIND.

THAT IS THE ONLY thing in Bobbie's head right now. Wala na siyang ibang maisip kundi ang kaba na nararamdaman niya. All that she can imagine is how Alpha must be torturing Andrew for lying right now and that breaks her heart. She must really love him then for her to care this much. Kilala niya ang pinsan niya. She's seen how he handled his anger and it was absolutely scary.

Kanina ay mabilis siyang bumalik sa ospital para kausapin si Kairos. He might know or at least he can figure it out. He's the oldest one, may command sa lahat, he could maybe help her but it wasn't the case this time. He'd been out of the loop dahil sa pag-aalaga kay Mikee and she understands pero mabigat pa din sa loob niya na wala itong magawa.

"Still nothing?" Kanina pa siyang nagpapaikot-ikot habang hinihintay ang sagot ng mga bodyguards niya at tao ng pamilya. One of them must know where Alpha is. And although he is technically their boss, she has a say about their jobs.

"Wala pa po ma'am. Ang huli lang na nabanggit ng tao ni Sir Alpha ay may pinuntahan daw ito pero wala naman sinabi kung saan." Sabi ng isa sa mga tao niya.

"Look for him." She sounded more desperate than authoritative. "Just, look for him. Look for my husband."

Kanina pa din niyang ginugulo si Omega at Delta para lang mahanap ang Kuya ng mga ito. They might know. They should know. Ayaw pa niyang humingi ng tulong sa mga nakakatanda. Ni hindi pa nga niya sinasagot ang tawag ng tatay niya. Si Andrew lang ang tumatakbo sa utak niya. Ito lang ang mahalaga sa ngayon. All the sermons can wait later.

"Ma'am, may nakakita na po kay Sir Alpha." And that was the call that she wanted, the call that she needed.

"Saan?" Then she listened intently sa sinabi ng isa sa mga bodyguards niya.

That call led her to a boxing arena in the near end boundary of Metro Manila, down south. Doon daw nakita si Alpha huli. There was no assurance that he was there but she did not want to take any chances. She needed to look at the place.

Nang maiparada niya ang sasakyan ay mabilis niyang tinungo ang entrance ng lugar, mukhang walang ibang tao dito. It didn't matter that she was in heels or if she was in a dress for work. Kulang na lang ay tumakbo siya papasok sa boxing gym na iyon.

It was fairly quiet but she knew she was in the right place ng salubungin siya ng ilan sa mga tao ng pinsan niya. She knows them by face kasi naging bodyguards niya ang ilan dito after the shooting incident involving her. Alpha wanted his best men to protect her after what had happened.

"Ms. Bobbie." Sa harap pa lang ay sinalubong na siya ng isa sa mga ito, evidently blocking her way.

"Nasaan si Kuya? Si Andrew?" Mabilis na tanong niya.

"Nasa loob po sila." Then she attempted to cross the room to get to the secluded boxing area pero pinigilan siya ng mga ito. "Ma'am bilin po ni Sir Alpha na huwag kayong papasukin."

"Move, damn it!" Sigaw niya, halos pumiyok na siya sa lakas ng boses niya. "I said move! Kapag hindi kayo umalis diyan. I will make sure na magiging miserable ang mga buhay ninyo! Akala niyo ba si Kuya lang ang nakakatakot?!"
