Be my victor: a clato fanfic

Day ten

I wake up still up against him, and I kiss his cheek to wake him up.
It rains all day, so we mostly try to familiarize ourselves with where the water is, and what is around us.
We also need to get more food, since these bags aren't so big, and since Charles isn't such a good guard.
Cato tries to get some meat, while I go to get plants since I went to those stations.
We meet back under the pine tree, and see what we got. He has a rabbit, and I got a few different plants and berries.
We decide to save it for when we start to starve.
I go out to get water, and since we don't have any containers, I must use a leaf to collect it. I keep spilling it out, and then I hear the familiar beeping of a gift.
I open the silver parachute, and find two bottles, and purifier.
I read how to use it, and then I give one to Cato for him to fill up.
When the rain stops for a little bit, we walk around.
"Attention all tributes," we hear again, "there is going to be a... feast, tomorrow morning, at the cornucopia. We decided to be nice, and all of you need something, that will be there tomorrow."
We don't really need anything, but we decide to move up to the cornucopia.
We sleep right behind it tonight, so that we will be there for tomorrow.

She falls asleep on her side, so I pull her close like I used to.
