Who the fudge has a freaking mansion.

I entered the room with my younger sister trying to pretend that we are not amazed but the actual fact was that we were totally blown away. This guy had everything. From luxurious cars, to a mansion, to a private cinema.

I pulled myself into character. Amelie dealt with the maids as we walked in.

The dinning hall was exquisitely furnished. The walls were all shades of royal gold. A giant chandelier hanging from the wall with diamonds piercing out of it. The utensils were polished and placed accordingly for everyone.

The dishes slowly came out one by one. From shark fins to lobsters. This wasn't dinner, this was dinner fit for a king.

"Thank you for inviting us." I bowed my head, and started the acting.

"It was Marcus's pleasure." That Riley girl answered for him.

God dammit, I wasn't talking to her for crying out loud. There was something to her... She was... Special, and different.

"Well thank you to the both of you. It was nice to know I can now at least trust more than only my sister." I played with my fingers on top of the dinning table trying to portray the shy girl look.

Even when the dishes came out, my sister and I kept the acting ball rolling.

I played around with the food using my fork. I didn't quite have the appetite. Just looking at Riley sitting beside Marcus killed me. I felt like pushing her off the chair. I felt like throwing her out of the house. I felt like doing anything possible to get her away from him.

"So Marcus." I directed the conversation to Marcus. "The food is delicious. Who's the chef?"

He did not answer. I noticed that he was looking at something from the corner of his eye. Whatever he was looking at, made him happy, he was smiling at it. Then I saw Riley using the wrong fork to jab her fruits. How dumb is this girl, she doesn't even know what utensils to use.

My conversation was totally ignored by Marcus when he teased her. "Riley, are you killing a chicken or eating fruits?" He chuckled. He tucked her hair behind her ears as she look downwards trying to figure out what utensils to use. He taught her about the utensils and when to use them. My eyes hurt as I saw him giving her all of his attention.

My sister than gave out a soft cough. Enough to turn his attention away from Riley.

"Yes. You were asking?" Marcus turned his attention to me, sinking his deep blue eyes into mine. His eyes, were powerful yet vulnerable. Pleading you to look back at him. Gosh, did he just get more attractive of was it just me.

"I w-was asking... Never mind." I put down the fork on my plate, making a clanking sound. "It wasn't important anyways."

Marcus tilted his head at me, staring at me. Did I just blow my cover, my heart started to panic. I immediately excused myself, making an excuse that I was already full, and left the dinning hall.

"Cam, wait, I have something to show you." Marcus got off from his seat and lead me through his huge mansion into his library.

There was a school magazine placed on the table. "High school 101". I also had this magazine in my house. He flipped through the pages, and suddenly stopped at one particular page.
