-Chapter 41: The Savior's Choice Must Be Made

"So, there is no record of this new rider in your book?" I ask, staring at Sougo and Woz as they enter the building. Oh, Sougo's uncle is nearby so I should say something else to make this believable. "You know, the one story I thought we all read? Man, Woz, you need to catch up!"

"Right," he responds, going along with it with an unsure look on his face. 

"Marina, why aren't you with uncle in the shop?" Sougo asks me. 

"I wanted to greet you. I figured I should stand here and then enter it properly. Is that a problem?" I smile. "I missed you while you were out. Of course, I had to let you go since you have to do your job. I know I am pretty much deadweight since I'm pregnant."

"I wouldn't say that you're deadweight, mother," Shinji says, popping up behind them with a smile. "You should think of it like you're a plane carrying precious cargo on board. You know, the ones who do that sort of thing?"

Sougo turns and stares at Shinji. "You're here?"

"Of course I am! I have nothing better to do right now," Shinji answers, grinning widely. "I am so bored when I'm alone. You should allow me to have fun with you guys."

"My Lord, we're not here for him. We're here to find that watch," Woz says, reminding Sougo of their mission. "Come, let's go inside."

"Right." Sougo looks away from Shinji. "Marina, you can lead the way."

"Alright."

We head into the shop and I look at Junichiro as he stares at a watch. He's going to repair that I guess, huh? I am glad he is seeing more clock related things these days. He seems very happy about it since it is his dream right now to see them more often. That is why he likes to see Woz.

"Hey, I saw you earlier!" Sougo exclaims and I look over from Junichiro, my eyes landing on a man with a hat on. 

The man stares at Sougo, looking a bit taken a back. He seems quite fancy for someone needing a watch fixed. Is he going to pay a good price to do so?

"Huh? You two know each other?" Junichiro asks. "It seems like I'm always meeting one of your acquaintances these days, Sougo. I'll focus on fixing your watch later, alright? You should join us for lunch. I'm going to make food now. I am sure you are all hungry right now." Oh, I am hungry right now. I want a cheeseburger so bad.

Junichiro rushes off, heading towards the kitchen to make some food for us, and I look at all the boys. I hope they will be good to each other and not fighting over something stupid. I don't want to see them fighting while food is being made. I'm not letting my lunch get ruined.

"Oh, the weakling from before?" The man with the hat asks. 

"What?" Sougo blinks. "Me?"

The man looks at Woz and moves pass him. "Are you with him? I'm not going back just yet," he tells Woz. Is he mixing up the Wozs right now?

Yes, that has to be it. He has to be mixing up the two right now. I wonder if White Woz made this happen and is having him do his thing. I just wish I could understand that other Woz better. 

"I'm going to head to the bathroom real quick. I'll be right back!" Shinji informs us and I nod my head, my eyes going to my cheerful son. "I will make it quick."

Shinji heads towards the bathroom and I look back at Sougo as he sits down with the man with the hat. I want to know who this man is. He seems quite rude and quite odd. 

"Oh, the other weakling?" 

I look over as Geiz enters with Tsukuyomi. "Welcome back," I say softly. I hope they feel welcomed to be here despite hat boy being a rude jerk.
