-Chapter 28: The Mysterious Figure and Oranges

"Where were you two?" Tsukuyomi asks Kurena. "I had to get your attention by calling. I have two Sougos here." 

"So, it is real?" My heart is dying right now because I can have two Sougos! Not that I'm being a pervert right now. I wouldn't do that.

"We got caught up in some trouble. Oh, its you," Kurena says, voice sounding annoyed. My guess is that she's staring at Woz right now and I am not going to verify that myself. I am not in the mood to see that man right now.

"We have bigger problems than what happened between us in the past, Kurena," Woz states. "One of the Sougos is from the future and the other is from the past. Guess which one?"

I move towards my Sougo and embrace him, hugging him tightly. I love my man in the light shirt. He is the only Sougo for me.

"She is able to tell them apart suddenly?" Kurena asks. "Hey, Woz, can you do that so I can figure out which one I should punch in the face?" 

"Oh, stop it!" Tsukuyomi exclaims. "This could have a huge impact on the future! A temporal paradox could change everything completely! Sougo could be wiped out of existence!" 

"I taught her all about it," Woz states, taking credit for Tsukuyomi's knowledge. Yeah, sure you taught her everything, weirdo.

"If he gets wiped from existence, then I'll vanish too," Kurena comments. "Mom, what happens if that happens?" 

I look at Kurena, staring into her pretty eyes as they water a bit. "Kurena, there is nothing I can tell you to make this better. But you know what? You're a strong woman who is going to be able to survive all of this along with Sougo. Sougo is strong just like you."

I believe in my daughter's ability to get around this problem that Sougo in the future has created. Sougo, in the future, obviously has done this because he has to do this. He had no choice but to come back to the past to do something for someone. I am going to assume he needs to help Geiz.

"Marina, how did you know which one to pick?" Sougo asks me.

"I know you, my dear." I look back down at him. I know we wanted not to rub our relationship in the face of others, but we're meant to be together and it is fine to do so anyways. It is great to rub my relationship status in the face of those who are single. 

Sougo smiles happily, eyes sparkling. "Marina, you really do love me!"

"I always will love you. No matter what, I promise." I smile back, laughing a bit. 

"Hey, nice reunion, but we need to go and talk elsewhere. It is important that we handle this in private," Woz says. "So, where shall we go to that is safe?"

"We have to head to Sougo's place. Let's go," Kurena says. "And this doesn't count as a romantic date or anything, Woz. So don't think that I suddenly like you again and forgive you." I look over at Kurena as she turns away a bit, her cheeks looking a bit pink.

Oh, she's totally got the hots for him still.

I stare at the two Sougos, who now have name tags on them so Tsukuyomi and Woz can tell them apart. Kurena is in the same boat as I am, since she can now tell the two apart without an issue. Of course, she thinks future Sougo is similar to her dad that she knows. She's obviously biased.

"So, Woz, have you gave it a thought yet? I really do want to figure out which one should be punched." Kurena is still hung up on that isn't she? Why does she even want to punch him right now?
