"Ugh..."

Lucy groaned as she sat up in her bed. It had been about a week since she'd been here in Magnolia, as well as a student at Fairy Tail. It was finally Saturday, a day she could just relax and focus on writing her novel. She got out of bed, put a light sweater on and tied up her hair in a side ponytail.

Knock knock

The blonde slowly walked towards the door as she heard an aggressive knock.

I'm not expecting anyone today...who could be at the door...maybe more creepy guys?

The blonde grabbed a saucepan for protection just in case there was anyone sketchy at the door. Slowly she opened the door, saucepan in hand.

"Hey there Lucy!" A smiling Natsu made his way through the door. He looked down at Lucy's hand as he noticed her tightly gripping the pan. "Why do you have a saucepan?"

"B-because I wasn't expecting anyone over today!" She put the saucepan down on her kitchen counter. "That knock was so aggressive, what was I supposed to think? Why are you here anyways?"

"Eh, no reason. I'm just bored." Natsu replied leaning against the kitchen counter.

"And I'm supposed to entertain you? I was planning on relaxing today." The blonde crossed her arms.

"We can relax together." Natsu argued. "Come on it'll be fun, we can go somewhere."

Lucy wanted to say no, but he was staring at her with an adorable look of desperation. She couldn't bring herself to turn down his offer. "...Fine, let me get dressed."

So much for my writing day huh?

The blonde closed her bedroom door to get dressed. She picked out a simple outfit, some shorts and a white t-shirt crop top. She walked out to where Natsu was and put her shoes on.

"So where are we going?" Lucy questioned as she stood up.

"Hmm...I didn't really plan that far..." Natsu scratched the top of his head.

"I mean, we can just get something to eat. I haven't had lunch or anything since I just woke up." The blonde offered.

"Oh you're right that's a great idea, Luce!" Natsu exclaimed as he opened the door. "I know just the place!"

The two headed to the street as they left Lucy's apartment. About 10 minutes down the road they arrived at the restaurant Natsu was talking about. It was a small and cute place, from what Lucy could tell they primarily served ramen. They were seated rather fast as there were only about 3 other groups of people there, eating.

"Awe, this place is so cute!" Lucy said excitedly as she opened her menu.

"I don't know if I'd say that..." Natsu replied, placing his elbows on the table.

The waitress brought them water as they ordered. Natsu ordered extra hot spicy ramen, and Lucy ordered plain chicken ramen.

"Geez Lucy, you're so boring." The pink haired boy teased with a smile.

"Sorry I don't want my tongue to burn off!" Lucy shouted, crossing her arms.

Their waitress placed their food down on the table, quickly removing her hands from the bowls. "Careful, it's really hot!" She warned.

"Thank you." Lucy gave the waitress a nod as she walked away from the table. "So Natsu, how long have you been in Magnolia? We've been hanging out everyday now but I barely know anything about you."

"I moved here just a couple years ago. For college." Natsu replied, picking up his utensils.

"Lucky, I wish I could've gone here for my first year of college." The blonde said swishing her noddles around since it was still too hot to eat. "My dad wouldn't have let me though."
