Salaera's P.O.V.
One minute I'm fine and standing, trying to catch my breath from the spider attack, and the next I'm laying on the ground screaming in agony with an arrow piercing my thigh. It's not the most painful thing that has ever happened to me, but it did hurt like a bitch. I snapped back to reality as Dynir scooped me up and pushed the both of us up off of the ground.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked the dragon. No response came but he pointed us in the direction that we came from. "You're going the wrong way. Erebor is the other way." He huffed in response and kept on his path.
The arrow wiggled back and forth in my leg due to the wind, causing me even more pain. I took a deep breath and bit my lip as I placed both of my hands on the shaft of the arrow, breaking it off. I yelled out in pain just before I passed out, falling limp in Dynir's grip.

Fili's P.O.V.
No one saw the Elves of Mirkwood surrounding us. For a little while we didn't even know who or what shot Salaera in the leg. All we know now is that the dungeons under the forest stink even worse than the spider guts did. One good thing about being locked up here is that Vamorys was in a cell across from mine and the only thing to do was sit there and admire her.
Her face looked calm with just a hint of worry. She was good at that, hiding most of her emotions from the rest of the world. Her long silver hair was out of its usual up do and framed her face in wet, messy waves. Her armor and weapons were confiscated when we entered the dungeon and I could see every curve that she had, but none of this is why I love her as much as I do. I love her for the occasional smile that she lets slip. I love her for everything that she goes through to make sure that her family is safe. And most importantly, I love her because I can't have her. That right there is what hurts the most. Knowing everything that she has been through and wanting to show her that you are different and you won't hurt her in the ways that all the other men did and knowing that she will never give you the chance because she believes that she isn't good enough for anyone's love.
"You need to come with us." The words of an elf broke me away from my thoughts. I looked over to Vamorys again, but she was blocked by two elven guards. "Why? Where are you taking me?" I heard her ask. One of them opened her door and put her in handcuffs before she could get away. "That's none of your concern. Now come with us and do this the easy way." She followed them up the stairs out of the dungeon and into the kingdom of King Thranduil.

Elrond's P.O.V.
It was late in the day, nearing nightfall, when one of my scouts reported seeing a dragon flying this way. I stood from my dinner and walked to the balcony attached to my room and looked upon a huge blue dragon in the garden below. Dynir. I thought to myself as I started walking down the stairs to the garden. When I got up to him I noticed him holding Salaera close to him. "It's okay Dynir. I can take it from here. Thank you." I told the dragon as I took the girl in my arms and quickly carried her to the healers.
"It looks to just be a broken off arrow in her thigh." I said to the healers as I placed her down on one of the tables. "It will be an easy fix." They nodded to me and got busy mending her leg. I stayed in the room with her until they were all done. She smells of Mirkwood. I thought as I picked her up once again, bringing her to her room. What type of trouble did they get themselves in this time?
