Unknown Elf's P.O.V.
My footsteps echoed in the halls of Mirkwood as I made my way to the throne room. The next one that Thranduil was going to question was the sister of the half elf, Salaera. She was already there when I entered. I stood towards the back and listened in on what they were saying.
"Where did you send the dragon?" Thranduil asked the girl. She put a smirk on her face and asked, "What dragon? The only dragon I know about is the one that lives under the Lonely Mountain." The king seemed to be getting more and more tired with the little game of hers as the meeting went on. "Taenya; step forward. Tell me what you saw." I stepped out of the crowd and towards his throne, bowing before saying, "My Lord, there definitely was a dragon. The build looked to be of a male, it was mostly blue with a little bit of black on it. It swooped in and picked up one of the other half elves that I injured. I do not know where she was taken."
The sister looked back at me with a shine over her eyes that made her look possessed. "It was you. You're lucky I'm chained here, the moment I'm free, you're dead first." She said before she looked at Thranduil and said, "And you're dead after her." He dismissed her with a wave of his hand. Two guards picked her up by her arms and carried her off towards the dungeons. "Bring in the next prisoner. One that will have the answers that I want." Thranduil said, head in his hand, visually exhausted.

Salaera's P.O.V.
I woke up to a bed nurse changing a wrap on my leg. "How long have I been like this?" I questioned her, rubbing my eyes. "Only a couple of hours Lady Salaera. Your wound is almost healed, you'll be able to leave soon. I'll get Lord Elrond if you wish." She said as she finished the wrap. I shook my head and said, "No, I'll be fine. Can I get out of bed though?" She smiled and nodded, "Of course Lady Salaera. You can do whatever you would like. I will say that I saw your old friend in the courtyard." I blushed just at the memory of her. "I'll leave you to it." She said, leaving my room. I stood from my bed, trying to not put much weight on my wounded leg.
It took me a little bit to limp to the courtyard, but when I finally got there, I saw her. She was standing with her back to me even though I was almost positive that she already knew I was there. Her long silver white hair was gently blowing in the breeze and seemed as if it was glowing. She wore a long, casual blue dress that slit up to her high thigh on both sides. She's doing this just to torture me. I thought to myself as I swallowed the excess saliva that I had produced.
"Good evening Lady Zestari." I said, finding my resting spot by her side. "If you don't mind, I would like to sit down." She turned to me and smiled, her grey eyes shining. It took me back to the days when we were still young with not a care in the world; before I went on this quest and before she had to learn to rule Lothlorien beside her mother, before evil started to stir once again in this world. "Of course, sit." She said in a smooth voice. "When I heard of your wound on this quest of yours, I came straight here. My mother was of course not supportive and begged me not to, but I came. For you." The sound of her voice was welcoming to my ears and melted my insides.
She took my hand in hers and looked through my eyes and straight into my soul. "Please Salaera, I beg you, don't go back on this quest. Come back to Lothlorien with me, you'll be safe. We can get married and rule together. Let's love each other like we once did ages ago." My smile faded away and I bore a look of sorrow as I said, "Zes, as much as I would love to be wed to you, the rest of that, that's not me. I don't belong in Lothlorien. I belong where the wind takes me. I have to rejoin this quest, I have to find my sisters." She stood and looked down at me, "If it must be that way, then so be it. I'm not leaving you to go on your own. I'm coming with you."
